I was unable to complete my online…
I was unable to complete my online booking for the cruise. I spoke with your representative, who assured me that a day agent would call me the next day with details once the office opened. I was also promised that the cabin I selected would be held for me.
None of this happened.
In addition, the booking system repeatedly forced me to extend the session time, and I never received any notification that my booking window was about to expire. This made the process extremely frustrating and ultimately prevented me from finishing the reservation.
