I am very happy with the finished kitchen. Direct Kitchens fitted my last one about 18 years ago. Carl will give you a price for his side of things, including worktops, which I had from Artisan Stone, who were great, helping me choose and helping with design and providing beautiful quartz, but Carl uses contractors to strip out, plaster, electrics and fitters, who you need to get prices from to have the total price as well as hiring a skip yourself. The people he recommended were reliable. The people in the showroom were always helpful and would chase up anything I asked about. (Thanks Isabel). I would encourage anyone to make sure you have agreed who will do what, exactly, and how much, as there was a misunderstanding but Carl honoured what I thought we had agreed and also made sure contractors helped me sort one or two little problems. It has to be stressful having an old kitchen gutted and a new one installed, but we can’t stop looking at it! I might even cook something!!

Love my new kitchen. The fitters Danny and Charlie were professional polite and very skilled. They tidied up after themselves every day and kept me informed of their progress. The kitchen itself was much cheaper than the other quotes I had and is of excellent quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent kitchen took several months to find the right kitchen .the kitchen and fitter Neil arrived on the date agreed and really took his time even though it was a galley kitchen and even made a bespoke unit for the boiler which the other kitchen retailers said couldn't be done.neil the kitchen fitter was exceptional on every aspect of the build and I would gladly recommend direct kitchens to family and friends.

The kitchen is nice and looks fresh, and the fitters were friendly and punctual.
However we were slightly disappointed with a few little issues:
the shelf under the sink was not fitted and was left for us to cut and fit.
The cooker hood was to recirculate, but did not come with a filter so we had to purchase this after fitting ourselves, even though I did report this as missing to direct kitchens.
One of the kitchen base cupboard doors has a slight defect in the paint finish.
The kitchen although not the most expensive was still over £8000.
This is reason for 3 stars in this case.

From start to finish this was a 5 star experience. From speaking to Gemma and arranging the plan with the owner, right through to it been fitted it’s been an incredible service. The kitchen quality is fantastic and we are really happy. I would highly recommend!

Could not recommend enough really happy with our new kitchen

We came to Direct Kitchens because my daughter used them and had a fairly good experience. Unfortunately I could not say the same. A kitchen that should have been fitted in 1 week was eventually finished just shy of 6 months. They had to be chased all the time. Workmanship was not good and their response to this was agonisingly slow, with the emphasis on me to have to chase them all the time. It seemed that as they had been paid they didn’t care. The consumer Rights Act 2015 says that I am entitled to have this work done with reasonable care and skill as well as in a reasonable timescale. As it seems that neither of these was met I asked for a ‘goodwill’ gesture of 10% of my costs. I had a message left on my answerphone saying that they had sent out £150 in gift vouchers which is less than 2%. And guess what. After 2 weeks they haven’t arrived and I had to chase them again and they have used an automated reply to my last email saying they will look into it. Would you put your faith in this company?

I have used Direct Kitchens before, they have done two kitchens for me over the years, as well as some fitted wardrobes recently. Carl runs a tight ship, he is proud of the workmanship the company provides, and the quality of everything he sells.
You don't have to spend hours and hours discussing what you want, only to be disappointed with an expensive price. I have paid a fair price for excellent quality goods. Pleased with the fitters as well. Highly recommend.

We had our kitchen done a few years ago by direct and it still looks as good as it did on completion, hopefully our fantastic new bedroom will last just as well.
Thoroughly recommend.

We ordered some office furniture and was not disappointed. I felt like other companies were trying to fit kitchen cupboards together to make it work however Direct Kitchens could provide everything I asked for bespoke (a pull out shelf from the cupboard to hide the printer away, taller top units, a thicker desk top) We paid less that the other quotes we received from other companies and I feel it was better quality too. The fitter Neil, was excellent. He made sure everything was perfect. I will be returning again.

Kitchen very good quality but not the cheapest. If you have a kitchen off them try and use your own trades man for any alterations IE electrian building work plumbing because there's aren't the best and very pricey and only want cash!! Tom the kitchen fitter is very good and will do anything to get it rite.

Kitchen designer visited our home and drew up plans with specifications that we requested. We then visited the showroom for a presentation. Upon signing up for our kitchen we then made another visit to finalise the colour, work surface and splash backs. Kitchen fitters arrived on the date that we were given as a start day and did a fantastic job completing works in 4 days. Would highly recommend this company and the installers.

Had kitchen fitted superb service from start to finish. Roger& Jordan went above and beyond with the plastering and did a fantastic job. Many thanks to Joel for the electrics. Paul & James fitted the kitchen to a high standard professional from start to finish .

We have recently had our new kitchen designed and fitted by Direct Kitchens Sheffield. The process was very smooth, from visiting the showroom, designing the kitchen layout, measuring and installation.
Paul & James the two install guys were great from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for them.
Cant praise these guys and their team enough, i felt they went above and beyond.
