Great service from start to finish would highly recommend.

The company did everything they said. Carl has good vision of what works and uses space efficiently. We had a couple of snags along the way - not the fault of the company, they were due to flaws in the house. Carl and the team worked with us to find solutions and kept the job on track.
I would highly recommend Direct Kitchens and couldn't be happier with my new kitchen. ( just need the tiler to do the walls the I can send pictures 😉).

Kitchen started 16 January and finished, unsatisfactorily, 25 March. This was not a full fit either. I have jaw dropping photos of appalling workmanship. Would NEVER recommend this company. Only saw Karl twice before fit but never after I had lodged complaints. He isn’t interested in after sales and checking work that unskilled men have done. KD request you pay up front and the workmen he sends are paid cash. So disappointed and feel cheated.

Direct kitchens were amazing from concept to completion! Our kitchen has transformed our home and has far exceeded our expectations! We are extremely pleased! The team were fabulous arrived on time and were professional at all times! We cannot thank Direct kitchens enough

From the first meeting with Karl to the moment the lads put their tools back into the van to leave all were professional, conscientious and courteous. The workmanship and finish is absolutely superb. I would never have dreamed that my new Kitchen would look so stunning and finished to such a high level of detail.
Karl came to the house and measured up, no pushy sales, just professional and experienced. I would 100% recommend this company to fit your kitchen.

The last few hours of the work the team cleaned out every nook and cranny and inspected everything to ensure it was correct before they left.

Our kitchen installation date was 15th January. The electricians arrived as planned, completed all of the wiring and additional rewiring, also removing much of the existing kitchen within the day. The plasterers arrived 2 days later and were done by mid afternoon. All of this the week preceeding the kitchen installation date. John and Lee arrived on the 15th and completely transferred the shell of a kitchen in 3 days. They checked with us on aspects of the fit to ensure we were happy. The final result is fantastic, we are so pleased with the kitchen and appliances. The entire team at Direct Kitchens have been a delight to work with and we highly recommend them. A must is visiting the showroom it leaves your head swimming with ideas.

John and Lee were very thorough took great care in fitting my kitchen I will recommend direct kitchens to my family and friends.

Direct Kitchens fitted my new kitchen in May 2023. The electrician arrived on the given day to start the electrical work. He also removed most of the old units. The following week, the fitters arrived, again on time. All work was completed within a week and by friendly professionals. They consulted us when there was a choice to be made, regarding the issues/options.
I have waited to complete the review, to allow time for any problems to occur. We did have an issue with the drawers closing, however this was resolved once reported.
I recommend Direct Kitchens.

Direct Kitchens fitted a floor in our kitchen. They were nothing short of fantastic. They helped us choose a design and when we were ready they got everything fitted in a day. The finish was fantastic even though our original floor was in no was level they did an awesome job. Special call out to Steve who organised everything and Mark who fitted it.
I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects!

We had gone to a few different places before looking at direct kitchens, the design advice from Carl was the best we had, nothing was two much trouble, the kitchen fitters Calum and his team were fantastic, highly recommended.
