Was sent a different part than the one advertised and ordered. When I reached out to the sales department for help, they sent me a return label with no explanation on if I'll be getting a refund or if what I ordered will be sent. It also took several days to even get a response to the original email and I'm still waiting to hear back about whether I'll get a refund or the right parts.

I purchased this fireplace blower because the listing looked perfect for what I needed. The shipping was incredibly fast—much quicker than I expected, which was great. However, I was disappointed when I received the product. The blower that arrived was smaller than the one shown in the picture.

While the product works fine and gets the job done, it’s not exactly what I thought I was purchasing. The seller should definitely update the photos to reflect the actual product so future buyers aren’t misled. Overall, it works as advertised, but transparency in the listing would improve the shopping experience.

Great deal on hard to find part., only negative was finding website.

I have ordered other parts and it has always been a good experience. My last order arrived sooner than expected. They also have better prices. Bbq parts for lynx grill.

Ordered an inducer blower. It showed up very quickly. Installed it, sounded like it had an issue. Contacted directly brands and they had a new one here in a couple days. Best experience I've had with a company and a parts issue, in a long time.

You guys made it easy for me once I found the cross-reference number I was needing. But, shipping was a little pricey but nonetheless good job.

I needed assistance with several items on multiple orders and Sam in Customer Service was amazing, checking stock, deliveries & researching all queries. Aways got back to me in good time with email updates which made the whole process easy. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Direct Brand made shopping for the part I needed easy. They provided great communication about my order on up through delivery. The shipping was fast and the items were as described.
