Beware of charge after cancellation
Enjoyed the app but the situations all started to be very similar. Had started w 3 mo trial for $15, cancelled 6 weeks before renewal but was still charged. Reached out to support for a refund, who claimed they couldn’t find me via the info provided. Sent them a screenshot of my profile w my identifying information and support stopped responding altogether and did not issue the refund despite multiple follow up emails. I’m now in the dispute process w/ my bank. The irony of an app to help gain insight into whether or not you’re actually a good person, being ran by a company with unethical business practices is not lost on me

We’re sorry to see this review, as there seems to be a misunderstanding about what happened with your subscription.
Our records show that the charge occurred because the subscription had not been canceled before the renewal date. Once you initiated a dispute with your bank, we accepted it so you could receive the funds back faster rather than waiting for the full dispute investigation to be completed. Our system shows that the funds have already been returned.
Our support team has also responded to you directly with the details of our investigation. We hope this helps clarify what happened, as the charge was not made after a prior cancellation.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This app is not as advertised. AI slop and ridiculously expensive for what it is. I cancelled the app 2 months ago and am still being charged by them stealing money directly from my account. Customer support says all they can do is offer a 50% refund for their theft because that’s their “policy”. Give me back what you are stealing! Absolutely disgusting and unethical. Do not sign up because they will probably steal from you too.

We’d like to clarify an important point regarding this charge, as there appear to be two separate subscriptions involved.
The Apple trial you canceled was separate from the subscription responsible for the October 5 charge. That trial ended on August 14, 2026.
The October charge came from a different subscription started directly through our website on July 5, 2026 through a discounted introductory offer. This subscription was not managed through Apple and remained active until its renewal at the regular price on October 5.
The website subscription has been canceled, so there will be no further renewals. Our team has also offered an additional resolution by email, which remains available should you wish to accept it.
We hope this helps clarify why the October charge occurred and why the cancellation you referenced did not apply to this separate subscription.

Great for rebuilding yourself after loss.
I'm a middle age woman married with two children and a home. Then out of nowhere my husband of 15 years betrayed me, walked out devastated my children. We lost our home, our lives ripped in to pieces. I downloaded the app in hopes to help in the journey of rebuilding myself again. I like the situation based questions it's much easier to awnser honestly based on a specific decision verse a broad perspective evaluation. Recommended 👍🏼

Sneaky “subscription” and deceptive pricing.
Purchased the app for 15 dollars then recieved a random subscription charge of 60. They refused a refund and offered me more apps instead. If not refunded /resolved I will be opening a case with my credit card company.

Charged me nearly 50 for a…
BE CAREFUL! They charge you unlawfully and instead of refunding they try to trick you into signing up for more subscription services by offering you more free trial periods to their other apps!!! They do not give any information, receipts, confirmation, nothing but start charging you for subscription you were unaware of and point blank refuse to refund you. You download this app they will charge you nearly 50 pounds and refuse to cancel even if you request cancellation and a refund within minutes of them charging you, they will NOT give your money back. Charged me nearly 50 for a subscription. Nowhere when I signed up did it say anything about charging me this amount of money just to answer some fake scenario questions. I would like a refund ASAP. They have responded to my email and refused to refund me despite the charge being an hour ago!!! And as for your response to my comment the alternative you offered me was more subscriptions that I do not want and 0 pennies of my money back. For a service that I have not used, that I have requested you cancel not even an hour after you charged me, for a subscription that I was unaware you were going to charge me for, because nowhere did it say this when I downloaded the app!

Dilemmo is a great app/site
Dilemmo is a great app/site. I like that you get to learn more about yourself based on your answers to different tests that you can pick to do. Recently, I had some stuff come up and wrote to customer service for Dilemmo support. After a few messages back and forth, support was very helpful and I was so happy with what happened in the end. I definitely recommend Dilemmo and they deserve their 5 stars from me.

It's a lot of fun
It's a lot of fun, but it's way way too expensive. If the demo price was the permanent price, I would consider it, but the full price is literally insane. It makes me wonder if they just hope people don't notice and they get them on the one second month renewal before they cancel.

Dilemmo is a excellent experience…
what made my experience great using the Dilemmo app was how easily it runs through the tests and answers. The app seamlessly guides you through tests without the user having to go back to select or return to screens. The information in the app I find very accurate as well. The outcomes are easily understood and the scenarios are true to life experiences.

App is fine, but their CS is peak
I signed up and paid for the annual pro plan but was almost immediately disinterested in the content (just personal preferences). As per their money back guarantee, I sent them an email requesting for a refund. Literally four minutes after I send that email, I get a reply confirming the refund. Cheers to the support team, you guys are cool!

It appears there has been a misunderstanding about what happened with your subscription.
After seeing your review, we investigated the transaction using the name provided. Our records show that the subscription had not been canceled before its renewal date, so it entered a grace period while the outstanding renewal payment was being attempted.
We have canceled the outstanding invoice entirely. You will not be charged for it, there will be no further payment attempts, and your account will remain Free. This is why you no longer see an active subscription to cancel.
We hope this clarifies the situation, as no payment will be taken and the outstanding renewal has been canceled for you.

I found the app very boring
I found the app very boring. It wasn't like advertised. It's ridiculously expensive for what it is. The questions weren't very thought provoking and some didn't even work for me at all because I don't have nor want kids.
Support was quick, responsive and gave me a refund. So that's one good thing

So far it gives several different scenarios answer honestly
So far it gives several different scenarios through each section and so far it's been extremely close to accurate. If you could do it without any restrictions (being married or already having health conditions) it probably would be 100% accurate but as of right now the sections I've finished it's been 95-97% accurate which says a lot.....very good if you want to deeply know yourself 💯
