App was not what I expected. The answers were given in the scenario before you were asked. The case studies were good though, nice graphics etc - but I dont think I'd learn much from this app with the way the learning is structured.
I contacted Support for a refund and they were very responsive, responding almost immediately and provided me with a prompt refund.

Appalling billing practises and customer service
Empirio automatically charged my credit card for a subscription renewal without any advance notification, reminder or warning. I was completely unaware that another payment was about to be taken.
I contacted them within the hour, requesting an immediate cancellation and full refund.
They refused to return my money.
After repeated correspondence, they offered just 50% back as a supposed “gesture of goodwill”, while insisting they were entitled to keep the rest.
Disgraceful. Rather than taking responsibility for their lack of transparency, Empirio hides behind its internal refund policies to justify retaining customers’ money.
Avoid this company.
Update: In reference to the reply from the company below - it's redundant as they have been ignoring my emails. Clearly they just wanted to publicly respond saying they would investigate, but in reality had no intention of engaging. No ethics.

From what you've described, this was a subscription renewal that was not canceled before the next billing date. While we understand your frustration, subscription renewals are recurring payments, and our support team must follow the applicable refund policy when reviewing these requests.
Although your payment was not eligible for a full refund under our policy, our team still tried to find a fair solution by offering a 50% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Great app, real life cases for business understanding. I’m at my DAY 2 currently, I’m only using the free tier subscription and have came across such core concepts and ideas. The first case was about the car company wolksvagon and how deadlines should be flexible as well as a work environment should be open for everyone to be able to input their ideas without feeling attacked for a suggestion. The way these lesson are designed and how our answers to such real world situations shape the outcome while learning the real concept is an amazing and very entertaining way to learn business.
The second case I came across today was about airbnb and how the ceo himself went to the very apartment they were listing on their platform to make sure their customers felt safety of living somewhere. Wow blew my mind.

Super Interesting, unsure of facts
I been using the app for about a week, the creators gave me a free month of Pro to try it out and it's got a lot of really interesting stories about business ventures. The way it pauses and asks what the reader would do in a situation is an intriguing way to make you feel part of the story.
My only hang up is, since this is all obviously AI generated, how do I know the stories I'm "learning" about are factual and not some hallucination? There aren't any sources listed...
