Diet Chef Recenzje 

I love Diet Chef and I am very pleased with every aspect of it...from ordering my hamper, to receiving it and losing weight. The meals are so tasty and filling and I look forward to choosing what I'm going to have each day. Two years ago I lost almost 3 stone on diet chef, taking my weight down to my 10 stone taget. I have since been blessed with my baby boy and my weight crept up again during pregnancy. I tried a few healthy eating plans but nothing seems to work, apart from Diet Chef. I am currently on day 4 but feel better already.
I would recommend Diet Chef to anyone!

Nearly 5 weeks in using Diet Chef, a stone lighter and still don't feel as if I'm on a diet at all. I never lost this steadily or easily on Weight Watchers or any of the faddy plans I've tried before.
Must compliment the Customer Service team too. My second order was missing one item when it arrived last week so I emailed late in the evening - at 7.35 the next morning I got a reply to say the replacement was on its way - pretty impressive by any standard.

Ich habe vor fünf Wochen mit dieser Diät angefangen und teile sie mir mit mein Mann ,das klappt wunderbar jeder konnte für sich das richtige aussuchen ,ich habe jetzt schon 5 Kilo abgenommen und mein Mann 8 Kilo . Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Wir machen weiter.

I have just received my third order from diet chef. I have no concerns about using diet chef and the subsequent weight loss from using diet chef. However, I have concerns about the delivery. First delivery was fine. Second delivery had two items missing from the delivery. Third delivery had two damaged items and three items missing. When I rang customer services on both occasions this was dealt with in a very efficient manner and I quickly received the missing items. However, especially on the second call I felt that the person dealing with my complaint really couldn't care less that I had been inconvenienced. I really do believe that Diet Chef should have better controls in place to ensure that goods are sent out correctly and in good order, and I shouldn't have to be contacting them to put things right. I would still recommend them to people though, but warn them to check their orders!

Thoroughly enjoyed every meal so far. Just go to the cupboard and make my selection - like having a restaurant in the cupboard.

I think you must in the last few days updated your site, and I am only wishing I could have ordered the lunchtime bean salad which would be perfect for days out.

I think diet chef is a great idea but it is terribly overpriced for what you get. I have found some of the meals, particularly the main meals, awful. The chicken is very tough and poor quality, and most of the meal consists of sauce/gravy. This is fine if you are entitled to potatoes or rice with your meal but if you are only entitled the standard 1200 calories per day it feels as though the majority of your main meal is liquid! With soup or shake for lunch (also liquid!) this gets tedious. Some of the breakfasts are nice as are some of the snacks but could purchase similar for cheaper prices. Wouldn't recommend this diet or do it again.

I could never stick to a diet before because:
I don't have time to go shopping
I get home too late from work to even think about a healthy meal
I never have all the ingredients in the cupboard
I am untruthful about how much I eat and "forget" to put some of the unhealthy ingredients on my food diary.

Diet Chef has sorted all these problems out in one day!

Ich war sehr skeptisch und habe lange mit mir gerungen, ein 2-Monats-Abo abzuschließen. Hier meine Erfahrungen:
Die erste Woche ist rum und ein Kilo ist weg - ganz ohne Hungern oder sonstige Tricks.
Die Portionen sind überschaubar, aber nicht zu wenig. Die Auswahl ist gut, wenn auch sehr Britisch. Die Speisen sind dampfgegart und kommen ganz ohne Kühlschrank und Konservierungsstoffe aus (ein großes Plus), sind aber leider ziemlich überkocht (kleiner Punkteabzug). Es war bis jetzt nichts dabei, was gar nicht schmeckte, vor allem, wenn man Gewürze und frische Kräuter zur Hand hat. ;-)
Der größte Vorteil ist, dass eine Mahlzeit schnell zur Hand ist und damit verhindert wird, dass man irgendwas schnell in sich hineinstopft, weil man keine Zeit zum Kochen hat.
In Summe ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut ok!
Was ich mir wünschen würde:
- Speisen sollten noch ein bisschen Struktur haben
- Speisen sollten auch ohne Abo-Plan auf Einzelportionsbasis angeboten werden - dann wäre ich Stammkunde!

I have been on the diet chef programme for almost three years and have lost just over 12 stone. I have a weight problem all my life but then became ill that took 90% of my mobility away and was put on to a lot of strong drugs hence my weight just kept escalting. I tried all the usual diet groups in my local area. I would loose about 10 pounds and then I could not seem to loose anymore. I got to the point that I was classed as morbidly obese by my doctors and knew I had to do something. I first saw diet chef on the shopping channel QVC and deided to give it a go. I found the portion control has been the biggest help for me and made me realise the sort of things that was making me put on weight. Straight away I saw results and have lost weight every week. the whole plan is so easy to follow and you never get bored as there are so much to choose from in the range. Give it a go the only thing you have to loose is some weight.

After having a baby the diet chef plan has been a life saver, it's quick, tasty and takes the planning out of my hands. Variety in bucket loads and heaps of veggie options to keep me going.

10/10 ordering simple, delivery ontime , well packed , and meals are delicious , here's to losing 2 stone!

am Anfang war ich skeptisch, aber ich wurde vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Sehr gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten, sehr schnelle Lieferung und man kann bei Bedarf seine Auswahl für die nächste Lieferung korrigieren. Portionen sind ausreichend für jede Mahlzeit. Klar das es kein 5 Sterne Menü ist, aber wir wollen ja auch abnehmen. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Geschmack und mit ein bisschen Salz und Pfeffer kann jeder nachwürzen.
Rundum ein recht gelungenes Konzept, ich esse seither wieder regelmäßig.

I went for the four month option which offered best value. One week in and i cannot tell you how amazing the whole system is. The food is tasty,normal everyday food just smaller portions. I have felt a bit peckish at times bit it is early days. Plenty of flexability to add some fruit,veg or even rice. The only dissapointment for me was the poor quality of the informatiom booklet,it looks like a nice binder with pages to fill in etc and was in fact a flimsy cheap looking thing. Apart from that if you want to re train your body to accept smaller portions without all the hassle of weighing vooking and shppping all the time,this is for you.

Very happy with the diet chef meals sent, plenty to choose from on the menu. Meals prepacked and easy to use as a calorie controlled diet would reccommend.

Die Angebote auf der Webseite sind klar und gut verständlich dargestellt. Die einzelnen Produkte enthalten sehr umfangreiche Information, was einem die Auswahl sehr erleichhtert.
Die Qualität der Produkte ist sehr gut, heißt: es schmeckt. Okay, so ein bissl Salz und Pfeffer muß man hier und da ergänzen. Wünschenswert wären Ergänzungsvorschläge zu den einzelnen Gerichten hinsichtlich Beilage und/oder Gemüse. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten.

I phoned up thinking I would get someone dictating to me what I was ment to be doing, But in fact she was lovely. Understanding it was my first time I started a diet like this and we went through any reservations I had about this diet.
Would fully recommend this company to my family and friends.

most of the foods i have chosen are great just the odd one im not so keen on.

Plenty of variety, full of flavour and nutrition for a balance meal. Despite being small portions I found them to be satisfying. i chose diet chef initially to help give me nutrition i require, encourage and improve my appetite, due to chronic illness. I am normally a fussy eater but my first 20 day supply of diet chef I eat every meal. I found the snacks useful. My weight has remained stabilised since being on these meals. I had lost huge amount of weight prior to starting diet chef, still within normal range, it has been great to eat regular again but maintain a constant sensible weight.

Das Konzept klang recht einfach und ist es wohl auch. allerdings ist für mich die Auswahl der Speisen recht ungesund. Die Portionen sind wirklich winzig. Es fehlen in den Speisen Anteile an Gemüse. Die Suppen sind recht gut. Es ist für mich unklar, wie man allerdings damit am Mittag satt werden soll, ohne ein Stück Brot dazu. Die Müsliportionen sind etwa so groß wie drei Esslöffel, ach nicht wirklich etwas zum sattwerden. Die Cookies sind ok, brauch ich aber persönlich nicht wirklich. Ich finde, dass es in der Umsetzung eines gesunden Essensplanes noch einige Änderungen bedarf.
