Essen ist Okay, allerdings nicht immer so wie es der Deutsche es gewöhnt ist. Lasagne Bolognese Note 6 echt
Die Pilzsachen sind alle komisch gewürzt nicht wie bei uns sondern eher süß auch verbesserungswürdig . Die Würstchen haben nichts mit unseren Würstchen gemein aber sind okay ,.. Alles andere zwischen 2 und 4 mit Kräutern verbessert super essbar :-) Bei der Bolognesesoße sollte dabei stehen das keine Nudeln dabei sind, da nicht jeder Extrapunkte hat .

ABer jetzt kommt das wichtigste funktioniert super im Alltag
Kein Süßigkeitproblem da man ja jeden Tag naschen darf :-)
Und ich bin satt
nicht gereitzt
gut gelaunt nehme ich ab
ohne das meine Familie leidet :-)
und ich kann mir jeden Tag aussuchen was ich essen werde
Allerdings sollte nochmal in der Broschüre stehen auf einen Blatt wieviel Kalorien das Menu hat , wieviel muss jeder dazu essen und wer hat Extras ?? Obst und oder Gemüseration ? Auf der einen Seite steht jeden Tag 2 STück Obst auf der andern entweder das Eine oder das Andere.

Food is not good at all and diet chef are not very flexible with this.
Cancelled my 2nd month and sent back my free week (bit of a con) so it has cost me over £200 for 3 weeks food. Not happy and will never use again.

Wer gern und viel Knoblauch isst und sich im Berufsleben keine Gedanken um irgendwelche Gesprächspartner machen muss, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Ich finde es penetrant, dass an der Großzahl der Gerichte Knoblauch ist. Soll das besser schmecken? Mir nicht.

Ich halte gut durch bei dieser Diät, aber auch hier ist nicht alles perfekt. Auch versprechen die Bilder der Gerichte mehr, als was wirklich dahinter steckt. Mal ehrlich, soll sich wirklich jeder die gesamt Zutatenliste durchlesen, damit er weiß, dass zwar auf dem Bild ein paar Nudeln abgebildet sind, diese aber leider nicht im Gericht enthalten sind???? Also nicht auf die bunten Bilder reinfallen.

Und lieber nicht gleich eine Bestellung aufgeben, nachdem man sich angemeldet hat, denn die Lockangebote, wie z.B. "Sparen Sie 20 %..." kommen. Ich habe als Schnellentschlossene leider die A-karte gezogen. :-(

Bin sehr zufrieden, sehr gute geschmackvolle und gut gewürzte Speisen, habe in einer Woche 3 Kilo abgenommen. Herzlichen Dank

I have lost over three stone with Diet Chef. In the past I have tried loads of diets and have not been very successful but I have found Diet Chef easy to stay on. The food is tasty and I never feel hungry. Thank you Diet Chef.

Exceptionally tasty food, lots of variety, quick delivery with great support, I have tried all sorts of diets over the years but never with this much success straight away, the first weeks result speaks for itself.....onwards and slim wards for me!

Bin seit einer Woche dabei und habe 4kg abgenommen ohne Sport.Nur mit den abwechslungsreichen Gerichten von Diet Chef und noch ein paar empfohlenen Obst und Gemüse Zutaten.Gut finde ich die große Auswahl,dass auch süßes dabei ist.Es ist praktisch ohne Wiegen und Kochen,da ich berufstätig bin und diese Diät ist somit leicht durchführbar.Jetzt werde ich nochmal ein Paket bestellen,da ich motiviert bin es durchzuhalten.

Die Portionen sind viel zu klein!
Wenn man "nur" sehr wenig ist, nimmt man ab, mit jedem Gericht!
Die Gerichte sind im Wesentlichen schlecht bis ungenießbar!

For lazy people like me - Diet Chef is ideal. The calories are counted, the portions are controlled and the variety of food is amazing. You're supplied with all the information you need and given as much help and encouragement as you need to keep you on track - I highly recommend it to anyone.

Very encouraging first week

This diet is amazing on my first week lost 4kg!! I was impressed to see my weight going down while I was still eating. The only reason why I didn't give the diet 5stars is because I think it is a bit expensive for me!! Looking forward to buy more weeks as soon as I have the money :)

I started my diet last week and I have lost over 1 stone in my first week, 25 stone 1 down to 24 stone, I still have choices to make as to what you can eat but the hassle of having to shop for all the right ingredients to use for a diet is taken away.

This also takes away all the temptation of buying the foods that you see on the shelves when you shop in a supermarket that look so good.

Eating at the right time of day has made such a difference to me and although I am only now putting in 1500 calories a day into my body (3-4000 used to be my normal before this) I don't feel hungry at any point and little changes that have helped so far is making a massive difference.

Many of the diets did interest me but I am very self conscious of my weight and size, so although getting together with other dieters seems to be a requirement and good for some this was not for me.

My ultimate goal is to lose 10 stone and with diet chef I feel I can now achieve this, I now feel happy to start light exercise this week as I feel lighter already and more enthusiastic to approach this knowing that this diet will compliment my own desire.

For anyone looking for a diet I would recommend diet chef, this is the best and one I know will help me not only lose weight but save money, I would spend circa £ 500 a month on food at least with take away food and shopping, I only pay half this now so not only losing me weight but saving me money and making me feel even better.

Loads of meals to choose from, most are very tasty and an easy system to follow.It's all worked out for you so no weighing and working out calories. Three meals and a snack,the porridge is the most filling and keeps me going til lunch.I lost 6lb in two weeks and looking forward to anther week.

Die Gerichte von Diet Chef sind super! Sie schmecken sehr lecker und ich habe schon einige Kilos verloren. Das einzig Negative ist der Auslieferungsservice von DHL. Der Lieferant ist total unfreundlich, sodaß man ein schlechtes Gewissen bekommt, daß man ueberhaupt etwas bestellt hat! Dabei sind die Pakete gar nicht so schwer. Ich finde das sehr schade, weil ich gerne noch weitermachen möchte.

Ich finde es ist nicht auf den ersten Blick zu erkennen das die Preise pro Monat gelten. Ich habe das 4-Monatspaket genommen zu 204 Euro. Auf einmal hieß es pro Monat. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich das Zeug nicht bestellt

Diet Chef ist ne tolle Sache und macht das Abnehmen zum Genuss.

Very easy to manage with everything portion-controlled. Lots of variety. So far, pleased with the variety of dishes and the quality. Only been on the diet for 2 days and lost 1 1/2 pounds.

Bestelle nicht nochmal, Koche lieber selbst

I have been on the diet chef meal plan for three days only but so far I am enjoying the meals. There seemed to be so much food in the hampers then I remembered it was for a full month the phone staff were very understanding and helpfully. I am looking forward to good results on the scales good luck to all who decide to try diet chef
