Give for now 1 star

Give for now 1 star, because I cannot give no stars ;)
But thought it was a descent Dutch company, like the website looks like, but my painting is shipped from Australia ?? !!
Got a mail that is was on its way, but it is still, for a week now, in Australia and still waiting till pick up ...
Feeling like a dumb-ass

Tnx for the anwer, but first of all: if I check the track and trace, there is standing Australia and I am not that stupid.

Second of all: I already wrote 2 mails to your mail adress you are giving, but nothing.
So I'll guess you have my money and I have nothing !! That is the status for now !!

And this is what your track and trace is saying, so don't tell me you are not shipping from Australia !!!

How is it possible that I have a payment to Diamond Painting Planet and one mail from Diamond Painting Planet and when I visit your site ( by clicking on the link above) it has the same mail adress that I got my tracking mail and where I send my money/payment to. I already mailed and mailed and nothing in return, and yes it is the same site :(

Very bad quality and I really don't…

Very bad quality and I really don't recommend to place an order. I sent a picture from my son and nobody can't reconnaice him! The didn't pay me back even after sending the proof! On the painting he had some purple hair instead of brown
