I mistakenly placed an order to be picked up in the local shop, but I was away from home. I exchanged my thought with the customer service several times and finally I was offered a free delivery service.

I bought a Gloria ring online
I bought a Gloria ring online. Soon after I made the purchase, I received an email from the sales team, Zekel Thong, who acknowledged my purchase and updated me on the expected delivery time. When the ring was being packed and ready to ship, Zekel kept me informed as well. I felt assured with the purchase.
I've received the beautiful ring today. Am happy with the purchase and service provided by the team.
