Heel vriendelijke verkoopster,jong…
Heel vriendelijke verkoopster, jong meisje….

Amazing Customer Service!
I had an issue with a gift voucher I received and Dorothy and her team went above and beyond to resolve it. They were super responsive, patient and professional throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was sorted until my order went through (twice!). Excellent customer service — thank you so much!

I've purchased from DPT many times over the years, both for myself and as gifts. What keeps me coming back is the beautiful designs, and good prices for real diamond jewellery.
The staff are always friendly, patient, and never pushy. They take the time to help me find something suitable for the occasion and budget.
I recently made another purchase from their Takashimaya store and once again had a very pleasant experience. DPT has become one of my go-to places whenever I'm looking for a presentable diamond gift.
