I first discovered this brand at the Osaka Expo and recently purchased the Little Flower Bracelet online. Although I experienced a small issue during checkout, the customer support team responded immediately and resolved it quickly. The bracelet itself is absolutely beautiful, and it has already become one of my favorites. Thank you so much for the excellent service and wonderful product!

Have a diamond day.

Resolved
Awful customer service: I have been waiting for a response since the 12th June from this company and I am just being ignored. Since then, I have chased this up 5 times and no one is responding. Don’t be fooled into buying their jeweller. They won’t help if there is a problem.
UPDATE: The CEO of the company has personally resolved this issue. While I remain disappointed at how long it took for my complaint to gain traction, I appreciate that steps have now been taken to ensure the team has been briefed on responsiveness and accountability. I hope this leads to a smoother experience for future customers.

Hi, I bought a ring at Takashimaya mall, 29/6.
I realised the ring has 2 small scratch marks.
Can I bring back next Saturday to Taka mall to let the sales staff examine?
