DHL Express Romania Recenzje 

Cel mai nesimtit om ca si sofer din lume. Trebuie sa trimit documente din Ro in Grecia. Comand (SI PLATESC!!!) curier online. Lasand la o parte faptul ca soferul a venit peste 3 zile, se comporta ca si un bou, cere dovada de plata, cu toate ca scrie clar ca e platit online. Ii arat dovada de la banca, ca nu e buna aia, nu am inteles nici pana acum ce ii trebuia defapt. A trebuit sa mai platesc o data.

Horrible romanian shipping company.
I payed express shipping from France and in 1 day the package arrived in Romania from France and that was amazing but after this is horror.They delivered the package in 7 working days after to me and when i called a courier he sweared and used insults towards me and told me that he does whatever he wants and delivers whenever he wants , that he doesn't have any interest in what i payed express or about my package.Before this DHL.ro transfered packages i had to another shipping worst company names Cargus,i did not received any new tracking number in my email from the transfer and i had no way to track the package because the tracking number changed when transfered to Cargus.Cargus delivered (lost my packages) until now 4 packages to another state to another address and i had to wait 2-3 weeks and make complains to DHL ,call Cargus and more to receive my package back.This is absurd ,they don't care about clients.Dhl outside Romania is good but dhl romamian service is horrible ,very bad service.Don't use dhl.ro because you will regret it. DHL romania makes of shame of the company DHL.com international.Here in Romania it seems nothing is professionaly done and respected.And remember this,if you use the express service the money is thrown away,DHL.ro doesn't respect the express payment.

Nu folositi aceasta companie pentru ca au lipsa de respect fata de clienti si cerintele pentru livrearea unui colet simplu ca persoana fizica sunt foarte complicate iar personalul te paseaza de la unul la altul fara a fi intruiti cum trebuie sa ajute clientul in tot demersul de trimitere a coletului.
Sunt foarte dezamagit.

EVITATI DHL!!!!!!!!!
Am trimis cu DHL express pentru a ajunge in 2-3 zile, au trecut 14 si tot nu l-am primit. Mi-au cerut foarte multe documente pe care nu le consider necesare din moment ce ei sunt firma de curierat. Am platit odata expedierea si tot eu am platit taxele vamale pentru un pachet de nici 1 kg. Este cel mai prost serviciu de curierat cu oameni in competent la birou ce nu stiu sa-ti raspunda la intrebari.

Every week they ask for a document, I'm still waiting my package for 4 weeks now. They said it is now their fault, the custom ask for more documents, translations, etc. The agent never answer to my emails. I have to call all the time regarding any update. Don't use DHL Romania, 0 stars!

Meritano meno di zero................
Spedizione da Bucarest a Italia esattamente ad Amazon x una restituzione e al "modico prezzo" di quasi 700 lei al cambio 140 euro.
Amazon mi invia 3 etichette precompilate e quindi comprensive di indirizzo di reso che incollo sul pacco e consegno a DHL in una delle sedi di Bucarest.
Fortunatamente seguo il tracking e mi rendo conto che, invece che recapitare a Castel San Giovanni provincia di Piacenza, mandano il pacco a Milano e la consegna si blocca in quanto destinatario inesistente.
Chiamo DHL Italia, comunico l'errore che una solerte impiegata corregge e la consegna fortunatamente avviene anche se in ritardo.
Invio una mail a DHL Romania e questa, nella sua risposta, inventa una storia inesistente e che evito di riportare.
A chi ne sia interessato e abbia voglia di farsi quattro risate, posso inviare la mail.

Bad Customer Support and extremely inconsistent services. I ship (bi-monhtly) packages from Japan, and the proxy service sometimes chooses DHL as the shipping service. Each time they do, I know I'll be in for a bad time. Not only is their platform for uploading documents for customs submission badly made, but they also don't have consistent criteria for what documents they require. Each time I send the same documents (with FedEx or directly to my Customs Office) and I've never had an issue with that, that is, until it's time to do the same process with DHL. As an example, I sent all of the paperwork and proof, and they called me after 5 days to ask me to give them an individual run down of every item in the lot, so that they can "look up the true value", so they can bill me more than what the real invoice actually is. Each time they blame "customs", but I've dealt directly with Customs and I've never had a problem. I wish I could say that not using DHL is an option, however, the proxy service also doesn't care and uses their services regardless of their incompetence.

I was programed betwen 1pm to 5 pm to get my package but the driver came at 10 am when i was not home and refuse to come another time. Bad as fck

N am avut parte in viata mea de un serviciu mai scarbos! Mizerabili! Mi au cerut toate documentele de pe lume pentru un mic pachet trimis din uk, documente pe care le am trimis, l au oprit la vama si mi au mai cerut o factura de la dhl uk, in conditiile in care sunt ACEEASI companie si nu mi s a eliberat factura in uk si daca nu am factura, mi-l trimit inapoi la expeditor! Nu folositi sub nici o forma!!! Trebuia sa fie cadou de craciun si a trecut si anul, nu doar craciunul!!! Scumpi si degeaba! Bataie de joc!

Unfortunately I was unable to choose the courier service, and somehow I ended up with the worst, DHL Romania. They are super unhelpful and will not answer your questions about customs requirements etc.
They also sent me an email early in the morning, basically with a deadline, and then 6 hours later, they informed me they're returning my package even though I'd had zero time to see, let alone deal with their emails.
I wasn't even informed my package had arrived early, and they charge 'storage' costs per day which is ridiculous and deceitful considering I was only informed a week later that my package had arrived... and don't get me started on customs requirements in Romania, but that doesn't have all too much to do with DHL. Just don't use DHL Romania!!

AVOID! DHL Romania will try to scam you. Ship with any other shipper.
DHL will illegally try and extort money from you. It's disgusting and the Romanian govt should investigate them for their fraudulent practices.

O experienta proasta rau de tot, n-au nici un pic de bun simt omenesc, coletele raman blocate cate 10 zile in romania la bucuresti fara nici un motiv, la scrisori nu raspunde nimeni, la call center recomanda sa mai asteptati ceva timp si totul o sa fie ok. Cand platesti 500ron pentru express si obtini asta apai mai degraba sa dispara din romania asa un DHL.

Bad delivery service. My pachage was sent to a post office and I had to call them to be sent to the adress were I wanted fhe delivery

I sent my sister a laptop from the UK to Romania because she needed it for school, the laptop is worth £800, I paid £86 when I sent it, and when my parents received it they paid another £153 in taxes and more taxes and they kept it on the shelf for a month, they decided it wasn't a "gift" even though they had the "gift" option, a lot of documents to fill out, the customer relations agents just direct you from one side to another, never them I don't know, I blame each other, the information regarding the fees and the delivery process are not consistent. avoid this company!!!! you will waste a lot of time, a lot of money, and you need nerves of steel. for the sum of £239, I'd better buy a round-trip plane ticket to take the package personally. incredible.
cea mai urata companie de livrat. am am trimis surioarei mele un laptop din UK in Romania pentru ca avea nevoie pentru scoala, laptopul valoreaza £800 am platit 86 lire cand l-am trimis, iar parintii mei cand l-au primit au platit inca £153 taxe si iar taxe si l-au tinut timp de o luna pe raft, au decis ca nu este "cadou" desi aveau optinunea de " cadou" foarte multe documente de completat, agentii de la relatii cu clientii doar te directioneaza dintr-o parte in alta , niciodata ei nu stiu, dau vina uni pe ceilalti, informatiile privind taxele si procesul de livrare nu sunt coerente. evitati aceasta companie !!!! va pierdeti mult timp, multi bani, si trebuie nervi de otel. de suma de £239 mai bine cumparam bilet de avion dus-intors sa duc personal coletul. incredibil .Romania ! de aceea companiile mari ca DHL se imbogatesc , pe spatele oamenilor din clasa sociala de mijloc si clasa de jos, in curand o sa dispara clasa de mijloc si o sa ramana doar clasa de jos si cei foarte foarte sus cu*m sunt companiole mari!

Worst service ever, go with the regular post and you will be better off. Takes about 2-3 weeks once an external parcel reaches their office until it gets delivered (and that after you make complains), even parcels with all taxes already paid. They blame the customs office, but I am convinced that is a lie (as Fedex, UPS, Posta Romana have no issues with "customs office" and their parcels get cleared and released in days). Unhelpful customer service and complaint department, you'll just get (eventually) a generic reply along the lines of "we'll look into it", "we applogize"or "your parcel will get there when it gets there". When you call they are either rude, bored or barely manage to speak 2 words (feels like you bother them from scrolling on facebook or doing their nails and want to get rid of you as fast as possible). Unprofessional employees overall, you get emails with a formatting like written by a 7 year old, weird questions that make no sense, they make mistakes when doing your calculations and "forget" to send in the documents you provide (like the payment proof). Couriers do not call all the time before a delivery (like other companies do). Avoid at all costs.

Worst delivery service ever. I paid all the import taxes and the shipping in advance and did all my paperwork for custom clearance 3 days before the package even arrived in Romania. They confirmed on the phone that everything is good and I don't have to do anything else..... Since then the package is in custom delay because they are not processing it and the package just sits there in their warehouse. People complain about this and forums saying they are doing this on purpose to the people that are paying the taxes by themselves and do not pay any fee to DHL. Shame!!

Are coletul 20 de zile in vama ,am plătit taxe,tv,facturi etc.
Am dat declarație mai rău ca la ancheta poliției .
Sper sa va pierdeți clienții cu atitudinea asta mizerabila a voastră ….

Am asteptat un pachet blocat in vama 3 saptamani pana cand am decis sa sun. Ca sa aflu ca DHL Romania nici macar nu se uitasera pe documentele trimise de mine la cererea lor ca sa imi zica ca mai trebuie ceva. Inca astept e-mail-ul sa pot satisface cerintele birocratice ridicole ale acestei firme de 2 bani pentru a putea primi coletul comandat in urma cu 2 luni.

Slow Delivery on Premium Services
It takes 24 hours for a package to arrive in my city from Spain or Italy to Romania, but another +72 hours to deliver to my location which is a maximum of 10 km away from the DHL warehouse (Brasov).
Once, I rode my bike to pick up the package from their warehouse. Shame!!!
