I love this program and the ability to eliminate the paper. It is fast and easy to use. It is helpful for my accounting team as they have access to my expenses as they happen. I reccommend this program to any size company .
It is a huge asset and a time saver.

J'ai souscrit à une période d'essai gratuite auprès de Dext, mais je ne souhaite pas poursuivre l'utilisation de ce service.
À ce jour, il m'est impossible de procéder à la clôture de mon compte et d'exercer mon droit à l'effacement des données relatives à mon entreprise présentes sur votre plateforme.
Par ailleurs, je ne parviens pas à joindre votre service client. Que ce soit par téléphone ou par e-mail, les demandes sont systématiquement redirigées vers un chatbot qui ne permet pas de traiter ma demande de résiliation et m'oriente uniquement vers une souscription définitive.
Je précise également ne jamais avoir signé de mandat ou de désignation concernant la facturation électronique, et pourtant je continue à recevoir des sollicitations commerciales récurrentes à ce sujet.
En l'absence de solution me permettant de supprimer mon compte et les données associées, et faute de réponse de votre part, je me verrai contrainte de saisir la CNIL afin qu'elle examine le respect par votre société de ses obligations en matière de protection des données personnelles et des droits des personnes concernées.
Enfin, je constate qu'aucune procédure claire de résiliation de l'essai gratuit n'est mentionnée dans vos conditions générales, notamment concernant la suppression du compte et l'effacement des données à caractère personnel collectées dans ce cadre.
Je vous remercie de bien vouloir me confirmer la clôture de mon compte ainsi que l'effacement des données concernées dans les meilleurs délais.

Amandine a été très réactive dès lors la prise en compte de la demande. Elle a été complète dans ses demandes pour que l'intervention soit efficace et rapide.
Vraiment, je suis ravie que ma problématique soit résolue et finalement assez rapidement.

I had support from Boyan, regarding reconnecting/integrating Dext with Sage 50. I am not IT trained at all and not having Dext working due to waiting for upgrades on the their app was extremely frustrating but the connection part of the problem was solved with the help and patience of Boyan. He was very knowledgeable and very patient explaining and going through everything with me. A credit to the Dext team.

A couple of days ago I left a scathing 1* review for Dext, following an issue with their billing that had seen me paying for a plan with allowances and costs way beyond what I had ever needed for the last two years. I'm delighted to say that after initially offering only a partial refund of the remainder of this year's overpayment they have just this evening offered a refund of the difference for the past two years as well. I couldn't have asked for any more from them - if only all companies were so flexible and understanding. Shout out to Valeriya in the customer support team who helped get it sorted. Thank you!

DEXT est peut-être très utile.....pour mon expert-comptable à qui cela évite des opérations de saisie. Mais pour nous, ça se limite à scanner les documents, pour le reste, aucun service associé, le comptable n'y entre rien, donc nous n'avons aucun historique utile.
