Exceptional service! I am overwhelmed with the quality and speed of delivery for the 12 page colourful Order of Service for my mum’s funeral. I found the whole process of putting it all together with their easy to use programme, such a tender and therapeutic activity at a time of great loss. As so many of our family and friends are unable to be at the funeral, I decided to include lots of photos, making this a packed Order of Service as a memorial keepsake, to help with everyone’s memories. Devine responded to my questions quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend “Devine Funeral Stationery”.

After being let down by a local firm, found Devine online and ordered from them. Their website was easy to use and Alex was very very approachable and helpful. I placed the order at 11.30am one day and had them in my hand the folliowing day at 10.30am, so panic over. The quality of the paper and print is absolutely first class, they should be very proud of their service at a time when people don't need any problems. Highly recommended. Devine have delivered an amazing service. Their customisable abilities on their products allowed me to get exactly what I wanted for my late husbands order of service. The staff were amazing and offered advise and support over the phone and email, the whole order process was simple and from placing order to delivery was less than 24hrs. Needed a high quality Order of Service for my dad's funeral. Devine's service was exemplary. The design software was easy to use. Then I asked for a proof using the online chat and got an immediate response. Made a few adjustments and asked for another proof - got it within minutes. When the final product arrived the whole family and everyone at the service was delighted. At a really difficult time you need a reliable company - Devine's was just that!

I was so impressed with Devine, their software meant I could personalise the order of service easily. There were a few issues with the quality of image that I'd uploaded but Devine flagged immediately and went above and beyond to help resolve.

I got an hour time slot for delivery (always handy) and the quality of the card and print was fantastic. So many people commented on how lovely they were.

I am so incredibly delighted with the funeral Order of Service cards we received from Device Funeral Stationary. The templates they had to personalise the cards were beautiful and simple to use and so much nicer than ones prepared by the funeral directors. We placed the online order at Midnight on Thursday and they arrived at 10am on Saturday! The print quality is beautiful and they are on excellent quality card - couldn't be more delighted. We also requested a .pdf copy to send to those people who couldn't be at the funeral and this was no trouble at all. All in all, simple, professional and excellent service - highly recommended!

The quality of the fold on the order of services (12 pages) was poor, with a rough looking finish to around 25 (50%) of the total order.

I appreciate that the turnaround from point of order to sending out to the customer was quick, but I would rather have had better quality. Especially for the price paid and the time taken to design/compile the order of service.

Also no response received to an email that I sent including pictures of defects.

Excellent service. Would strongly recommend this company. We only had a short period to get our order of service sorted and the company were absolutely fantastic - responding promptly to emails and turning round proofs within hours. Finally it was delivered exactly when they said they would. We are really pleased with the quality of the printing. Thank you!

Design process was super easy, quick delivery and the product was excellent quality. There was a problem with the courier and we received a phone call from Alex who let us know and provided reassurance we would receive our order of service in time for the funeral - a level of superb customer service you rarely see these day’s. Chose this company because of positive comments on the reviews. I had left my mothers Order of Service to the last minute. I ordered a Next Day Am delivery and unfortunately due to an error this did not happen but I was fully compensated for the error, and with a genuine apology. The order did arrive in plenty of time with a normal delivery

Great service, really helpful. I was able to put together a lovely highly personalised order of service for my father-in-law’s funeral. I had used a symbol that didn’t work in pdf, when I phoned to point it out, it had already been spotted and a suitable replacement found. This caused no delay in delivery which was next day. Really pleased will recommend and use again.

Customer service was great; even at weekends I got a speedy reply to queries. The printing was excellent and the cards were delivered the next day, free of charge as promised.
