Rigtig god kundeservice på grund af en lille leveringsfejl blev jeg i møde kommet med den bedste service jeg har oplevet. Fik endda byttet en snackbok på grund af en lille fejl. Helt klart en anbefaling værdig nem hjemmeside varerne kommer som aftalt forsvarligt pakket ind..

I love Design Letters. Simple but authentic design that leaves no one indifferent. Kindness is the word to describe your team. They are always ready to solve your concerns. The only thing that in my last purchase the To Go Turquoise table has not reached me. I hope it will arrive soon, I wish you a great year.

Wirklich schöne Kette, toller Service und eine super schnelle Lieferung, auch noch so knapp vor Weihnachten. Toll!

Leider ist die Tasse beim vorsichtigen Spülen vor dem ersten Gebrauch zerbrochen. Aus meiner Erfahrung hat Knochenporzellan andere Eigenschaften.

Promised 24hr delivery but failed to deliver in time for Xmas, despite ordering on the 17th. Zero communications. Exceptionally disappointing. Avoid.

Great and contemporary articles, effortless and stylish. Quite expensive, especially jewellery (gold-plated), but acceptable when using discount deals.

Horrible shipping costs of any return to Denmark from e.g. Germany (parcel is obligational at 17.99 €, no shipping in envelopes is accepted!) should be made aware of somehow. If a customer returns a small jewellery item, the shipping costs may cause the double amount of the item itself!

This may motivate customers to purchase the Design Letter articles somewhere else where returns are either free or levelled down to certain sizes.

Good quality design products! Nice presents to give to others or yourself.

Ich habe schon mehrmals bei Design Letters bestellt und bis jetzt lief immer alles hervorragend. Schnelle Lieferung und alles wunderbar. Dass die Produkte toll sind, ist sowieso klar. Ich hab von den Tassen, über Notizbücher bis zu Stiften einiges in meinem Büro. Umgeben von schönen Dingen macht es doppelt Freude zu arbeiten.

Am 03.05.2021 habe ich eine Tasse bei dem Onlineshop von Design Letters für 41,50 EUR incl. Versand bestellt und auch gleich per PayPal bezahlt.
Leider ist die Tasse nie bei mir angekommen und die Fa. Design Letters reagiert auch nicht auf meine Anschreiben!
Ich kann nur sagen: Finger weg und hier nicht bestellen!!

Mooie producten, niet altijd de beste verhouding prijs-kwaliteit. Ik kocht hitte bestendige glazen, heel mooi in design maar de letter heeft het geen maand overleeft. Vriendelijke klantendienst die me een tegoed gaven, opnieuw besteld en opnieuw kwam de letter meteen los. Geen goede kwaliteit! Terug een mail gestuurd dat ik dit heel jammer vond, geen antwoord deze keer... Al bij al een teleurstelling.

So adorable and contemporary. Ordered the tritan cups, drink bottles, rings, necklaces, letters, boards, and stand.

I initially was a little disappointed with shipping times and when one item
arrived damaged. However the customer service was fantastic and they assisted in getting me taken care of!

Bought 3 glasses. 2 of them have been faulty units and showed marks or after the first wash the print came of.
Sent an email with pictures to aftersales and they replied in less than 2 hours offering replacements. It was very fast and with the right offer. I accepted and got an voucher in less than 5 hours.
A lot of other companies could take note.
Quick and easy. I will order again that‘s for sure.
What would be nice if you get a tracking number for your order. That would make it a little more predictable when the order arrives.

Unfortunately there was neither Information/ email that order has been shipped nor has been any tracking number provided. Therefore I was not aware that the parcel would be delivered and was not at home. Had to arrange a pick up at a shop where GLS has deposited the parcel. Due to lockdown this was quite an effort. There is huge room for improvement...
