Fast delivery good design. Only disappointment is that the key component which would suffer most stress under use is plastic not steel.

This was my first order with Designer Radiators Direct & unfortunately the consignment arrived damaged. Stacey dealt with my complaint with care, understanding & professionalism. The same was true when I followed up the delivery of the replacement. The radiator looks stunning and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Not what I would describe as a great…
Not what I would describe as a great experience. The product wasn’t right at all, the measurements and description online didn’t provide me with the info I needed to make an informed choice. Then I had to send a photo before I was “allowed” to return the item at my own cost. I won’t be shopping here again.

Hi Justine, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you've not been satisfied with your experience.
For clarity, the return form submitted stated "not fit for purpose" but did not mention any concerns about the product description or website information. Based on the reason provided, the return was processed as an unwanted item, which requires the customer to return the item at their own cost.
As part of our returns process for unwanted items, we request an image to confirm the product is in a re-saleable condition.
We appreciate your comments and will take them into account as we review our processes. Thank you - Cameron, Sales Manager
Late and delivery not advised
Great website easy to use, ordered and order processed, then advised out of stock delivery expected 16.04.23 didn’t arrive! Then got a how did we do request so replied stating still not received got update advising still en route. Got wake up call yesterday by delivery guy banging on my door fair play he lugged the three rads up to my first floor flat, no delivery note provided he said he didn’t know what was in the boxes but were heavy and left. Hopefully rads will perform as well as they look and we’re described. Could of been a better experience with better communication.
