Absolutely love this company
Absolutely love this company. I have been buying from them since they were Wilde Mode.
I absolutely love their underwear and clothing. The bras and the knickers are my favourite. As a big boobed lady, their bras keep me all tucked in (unlike other brands) and I feel supported without any clasps anywhere to be seen. I can comfortably wear the bras all day and I don't rush home to whip them off as soon as possible! The materials they use do not irritate me at all and I am so glad I found Debz and her team.
Customer service has been excellent and all questions asked have been answered promptly in a warm professional tone.
I also love the little postcards she includes with the order which have life affirming messages printed on them. I often keep them and use them as bookmarks for when I need a pick me up! Some really lovely touches which set Debz and her team apart.
I have also bought sweatshirts, scrunchies, bathing costumes and slouchy pyjama bottoms from here and I love them all. I can't recommend them highly enough. Definitely worth every penny!
I am looking forward to what's next from 'Designed by Debz' and wish her and her team every success in the future.

Good quality and sustainable
I had to wait for my underwear to be made, but this is a sustainable brand, not fast fashion and they most certainly don’t contribute to the mountain of clothing in landfill.
As with last time, the bra and pants were well made, seams matching up properly etc. The fabric was good quality and sensory friendly. The customer service is fab. If you’re not sure on sizing or styles, drop them a line or ask on social media and you’ll get a quick response.
Prices are reasonable, not fast fashion cheap but still affordable and you’re supporting a small business that makes their own products in the UK.

Incorrect sizing has left me out of pocket....
I followed the sizing guidelines on their website and watched their video on how to measure myself, had help with measuring from my partner and ordered bra according to their instructions including paying extra for adjustable straps. The bra still did not fit well.
I reached out and they started off communication strong advising they could send me another one if I returned this one at my cost and then advised I would also need to pay a surcharge fee for them to make another one. I posted the bra back with RM T48 hr. Then never heard from them again. A couple weeks later I reached out again asking for next steps and they advised they could not find the returned bra and asked for proof of postage. I supplied proof I paid for postage but had lost the tracking number at the time. The last message was them double checking return address with me because they moved (I used the address they told me to use) and they then just stopped communicating with me (not even to either confirm if they looked around/ find a resolution or even advise if they couldn't help anymore etc.. just left me to keep waiting for a reply until I realised I was being ghosted), and the end result is I am left £50 out of pocket with no bra and being ignored. Not very happy.
Edited to add that their resolution comment below was to email them, but I already have opened email queries and they stopped responding? They then ranted about me in their public stories doubling down about not recieiving the package and I didnt have a tracking number so how dare I give a lower star rating (unprofessional) and i've since found the tracking number and it turns out it was in fact delivered all along. Their 'customer service' has left a sour taste in my mouth and I don't want to deal with them/ get a new bra anymore so I emailed again with full proof of delivery including tracking number, picture of delivery and map coordinates and requested a refund. 3 weeks later and again still no reply. I have opened a dispute now with my credit card because purchase was in January and it is now May and I will run out of time to dispute it at all if I still keep waiting for a reply so will have to see what comes from that now. Will update again when I have a final outcome either way.

We formally dispute several of the statements made, as they are factually incorrect and do not reflect the documented communication or published policies.
This order was placed with Wilde Mode, a former business, not with Designed by Debz. The policies applicable at the time of purchase were those of Wilde Mode and were clearly provided prior to ordering.
Upon your return, no valid tracking number or verifiable proof of delivery was provided. In accordance with UK consumer law, responsibility for returned goods remains with the sender until the goods are confirmed as delivered to and received by the retailer. This position was also clearly outlined within our returns policy.
While you have subsequently stated that the parcel was “delivered,” there is no record of receipt at our premises. A courier delivery scan, without signature or confirmed acceptance at the correct address, does not constitute proof of receipt by the business. In the absence of a confirmed receipt, liability for the item cannot be transferred.
You were correctly advised that an exchange could be arranged upon the safe return of the original item, and that any remake would incur an additional fee due to the product's handmade-to-order nature and associated material and labour costs. These terms were made clear prior to purchase.
We also reject the assertion that communication was ignored. Responses were issued in line with the information available at each stage. Where required evidence was not provided, the process could not reasonably proceed further.
We further refute any allegation of unprofessional or defamatory conduct. At no time was any individual identified or discussed publicly. Any general statements made were limited to standard business policies and procedures.
Your payment dispute has been noted and will be addressed through the appropriate formal channels, with full supporting documentation, including timestamps for correspondence and policy agreements.

SECOND EDIT: as advised by Consumer Advice Scotland, a final letter has been sent before going to Simple Procedure. This has prompted the owner to block me, however I will be fighting to have the original refund that was unlawfully withheld back.
EDIT IN REPLY: I tried on ONE. The white one. The one I did not return. The one that's sat in my cupboard unable to be worn.
Oh and the multiple returns was because your size guide was dodgy. You're welcome for the fact I was honest enough to send the duplicate order back too, at my own expense.
Absolutely awful. Ordered a few crop top things June 2025, after following their size guide to the letter. When they eventually arrived, they didn't fit. I tried one on and it felt awful. Total sensory nightmare and no support. Also difficult to get on as a disabled person although I do recognise that's a me issue. Tag fell off the one I tried. Returned the rest for a credit note, but struggled to find anything as I didn't want to risk ordering their underwear again. Finally ordered a sweatshirt, zip hoodie and a pair of trousers. After a bit the order was cancelled and refunded. I contacted via WhatsApp asking what was going on to be told the order was being split for some reason, something about some items coming from Lithuania? Again, followed the size guide and again nothing fit. Sweatshirt was polyester and felt really rubbish quality and the trousers were ridiculously huge. It was a bit odd, I actually received part of the order twice. Asked about returning to be told I would be allowed a straight exchange only. I asked about a credit note and was ignored. Sent it back to be given a credit again. Struggled A LOT to find anything. Not much was cotton and it was hard to find what was on the site. Most cotton things also had the Wilde Mode logo, which I wasn't interested in. Messaged a few times asking for help finding what items were cotton but didn't have any joy. Flood happens, business rebrands. Ok. Kept looking for something to buy. Messaged them yesterday about selling the credit note on to someone else as I had previously been told they were non transferable. Received an email today to say that since the business has been renamed, then the credit note is now worthless and can't be used! Essentially, Debz has kept nearly £140 of my money. Money I could actually use. Oh and I got great sports bras/crop tops from Tesco.

We’re sorry you feel this way, however your review omits several key facts.
Items were returned after being tried on and were not in a resellable condition. For hygiene reasons, these are not eligible for a refund under our policy. Despite this, store credit was issued as a goodwill gesture. A further return was also credited, meaning credit was provided on more than one occasion.
All items were made to order specifically for you, and therefore could not be resold once returned in that condition.
These credits were accepted at the time and have remained valid. They have not expired and are not “worthless”, and you have had significant time to use them.
Our policy - clearly stated at purchase - is that underwear is non-refundable once tried on, and credit notes are non-transferable.
Regarding fabric, we are transparent on every product listing. Our core underwear range is made from organic cotton with elastane, and any items made from recycled polyester are clearly labelled as such.
We have not retained funds without offering resolution. Store credit was provided in line with our terms.

Comfort Chest Binder Alternative
I bought two Comfort Chest Binder Alternative and I'm super happy with them. The fit is perfect and the designs are amazing. As expected, it doesn't make the chest as flat as a real binder, but certainly much flatter than a normal bra. The Comfort Chest Binder Alternative is very comfortable and can easily be worn all day. It makes me happy and gives me body euphoria.

Can't recommend enough!
I’ve bought multiple pieces from this company and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. As someone with awkward measurements, I really appreciate that every item is handmade to your specific sizing, which makes such a difference to the fit.
The quality is absolutely lush, and everything washes really well too, which is always a bonus. On top of that, the fabrics are incredibly sensory-friendly and comfortable. I practically live in these pieces, they’ve become staples in my wardrobe.
If you’re looking for well-made, comfortable clothing that actually fits properly, this company is fantastic and so friendly.

Rather loose and formless. Good as a sleep bra. Took a while to come. By comparison with other companies. No choice of fabric is a distinct disadvantage.

Our bras are designed as soft comfort bras, rather than structured or moulded bras with wiring or padding. Many customers specifically choose them for this reason - particularly for lounging, sensory comfort, or sleeping - so your comment that it works well as a sleep bra is actually something many people enjoy about them.
All of our underwear is handmade to order by our team in Dundee, which means production can take longer than mass-produced items from larger companies. We always try to be transparent about this, as each piece is made individually rather than pulled from warehouse stock.
In terms of fabric, we intentionally use soft organic cotton with elastane as our base material because it provides breathability, stretch and sensory comfort. Rather than offering many different base fabrics, we focus on using one that works consistently well across our size range and designs.
We do appreciate your feedback and will always continue refining our designs.

Comfortable, plus sized trans friendly underwear
I have purchased many pairs of stuffer friendly boxer shorts and have lived every single one. The items are well made, comfortable and fit well. The designs are pretty and fun. It is practically impossible to find stuffer/packer friendly boxers in sizes above XL, so Wilde Mode have been a life saver in that respect.

Very poor experience unfortunately
Ordered a changing coat in a bright bold banana print. When it arrived unfortunately it was very pale, the printing was extremely poor. The zip wasn't finished correctly and ended at different lengths. The fleece inside was shedding everywhere. It certainly wasn't satisfactory for the £149 price tag (I paid £139 with a discount code) - it felt extremely cheaply made. I contacted them immediately to request a return and was initially told they don't accept returns and that quality and finish are a matter of preference and not grounds for a return which is totally incorrect. After I followed this up with photos the owner did then agree the item was substandard but said I needed to wait for her to contact the third party factory that produced the coat. I feel it's important to add I'm not in the habit of returning items especially not to small businesses but I do feel that I should have been able to return the coat straight away for my refund and they could have taken up the issues with their factory without leaving me waiting. It was eventually confirmed I could return the coat, I said I would send them the receipt for postage. They didn't confirm they had received it back until I emailed again to check and they stated yes received and refund has been sent. After a week my bank had no record of the refund, I emailed to ask what date it had been processed but got no reply so I filed a claim via the bank and that day I received an email saying the refund had now been processed and I did eventually receive £139 back but not the postage cost. So overall I'm down money for something they've admitted themselves wasn't acceptable. The whole experience has left me pretty disappointed, this is a company lots of friends had recommended so I definitely didn't expect this. I feel sorry for them they've obviously had their issues with a flood but the way this has been dealt with I couldn't recommend them.

As soon as the concern was raised, we investigated the issue with our third-party production partner and agreed the item should be returned. A full refund for the coat was processed once it was received back with us.
As noted on our product pages, colours can vary slightly depending on screen settings, however quality concerns are always taken seriously and we will act where something falls below our expectations.
We are a small independent brand and always aim to resolve matters fairly and responsibly. While we understand this experience was frustrating, we are pleased the refund was completed and appreciate the feedback as it helps us continue improving.

Super bras that make you feel good,
I am very impressed with the quality and originality of the design. I am a very awkward size so the made to measure service was ideal as measuring yourself can be difficult so it payed of with perfect fitting comfortable and pleasing to look at design.
