Great Customer service
I have been a member of Design Bundles for a while now. I love the design files and flexibility for use. And now with the DTF I love it even more. The response time when I have sent emails for any questions or verification has been within 24 hours. Great customer service all around.

GOLD standard customer service. I needed to follow up with a canceled membership (not because of the quality/price, but we simply did not need this anymore), and I not only received immediate attention and correction, but kind and helpful service from George. Really impressed with how quickly and professionally this problem was resolved. They value your time, which is a sign of immense professionalism. Would highly recommend.

never buy from them, they took money out and i cancelled the trial before and they are not refunding me

Great customer service team
Design bundles always has great customer service. I recently realized i had two accounts that i was purchasing from and they quickly merged them into one, making it easier to find all my designs and fonts in one account. When i come into an issue they always quickly resolve it for me. Great company!

World class customer service
I just had the most wonderful experience with the customer service representative that I think I have ever had. They were understanding and quickly helpful.

Best Customer Service Ever!
I lost access because I have a new debit card and didn't update for my monthly payment - totally my fault. All it took was one email and the customer service team set me right back up and honored the rate I was paying before and manually added my credits back within minutes! I am so impressed!

I have had trouble for over a year!!
I have had trouble for over a year!!! My purchases are NOT showing, even one I just purchased. I write 8-10 times before someone gets back to me and does NOT fix it or it gets fixed for a week or so then my purchases are gone. I have purchased over 500 graphic bundles!!! My Credits do the same thing! My account is my account is mine. As are my credits. There must be someone there that can fix this. I am trying to see the $ Deals now going on. As a plus member I get 24 hours to make purchases. It goes to the page but no place to click on. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service!

I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues with your account and subscription. After reviewing your previous messages, I can see that you have two accounts—one with an active subscription and one without.
Each time you reach out, we’ve been removing the account without the subscription to prevent confusion. However, it seems that a second account keeps being recreated, possibly due to saved login details in your web browser. To avoid this, please ensure you're logging in with your account not linked to the email starting with "fudge," as your subscription is tied to the other one.

I signed up with Design Bundles a year…
I signed up with Design Bundles a year ago and their graphics were great - one my "go to" places when I was looking for a specific design. I have no idea what changed or what they did - but I am a Plus Member and I cannot find anything - and mean NOTHING that I would put or use on any of my products. I have requesed a refund for my rescent membership renewal. This is not the platform that I signed up for a year ago - and I won't be wasting my time with digging through whatever sloppy leftovers are available after the changes that they have made.
