don't waste your money.
They don't send the item, they just take your money and use a "carrier" making you believe your item is on the way.
Horrible experience...

Honestly, I wish I could rate this company a zero or negative below zero. This is the worst retail I’ve ever purchased a product from. The clothes reek of a chemical smell and there is zero customer service. They are unwilling to accept returns with huge penalty to the Consumer. Do not purchase anything from this company poor poor, poor customer service, and product quality.

What I received was absolutely not what I ordered. I contacted the company and as of now I have sent 15 emails responding to my full refund. They are refusing to give me my full refund only 30%. This company is clearly a scam, you don’t get what you ordered but a small fraction back of what you paid. They actually told me I could gift it to someone else.

This company is awful. They take forever to ship and when they do, it’s often the wrong item. Then when you try to return it for a refund, they tell you to pay overseas shipping, and refuse to issue a refund. They could have said the item was out of stock, instead they send some crap alternative and make returning a nightmare. Do not shop with this seller.

This company sent me the wrong items, it was clear what I order and instead of them reaching out to me informing me they no longer had what I was ordering. They just sent me something else; unacceptable! Now I’m trying to get a refund.

Made a purchase took a long time to get what I ordered. When received damaged items. Tried contacting can’t get no help and when I pulled my order up I was charged twice. Bad business and this company isn’t cheap

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are scammers. Will send you something completely different than what you order. And if you try to get a refund, good luck, because they will not refund you and instead will try and offer a 10-20% refund even though their return policy states otherwise. I’ve reported them to the federal trade commission in their fraudulent business and encourage everyone who has experience the same thing to do so. I hope their get shut down!

For almost 4 weeks now I have been going back and forth through email. The sad part about this site is they say one thing but they don’t follow through. I place my order 6 weeks in advance all Denim and styles keep saying it’s customs. How can I blame customs if I never received a tracking number. What’s even better is the fact that the their response is you can order another dress. How can I order another dress when I’m not sure if I’m going to receive the two dresses I already placed an ordered in the first place. We spend our hard earned money on things that should have great quality and great service.

I ordered some clothes back in May and I’m just getting 2 pairs of jeans which I ordered the jacket and jeans the blue jeans jacket is to small and my other items haven’t came and I been emailing them and no respond

I ordered 3X jeans from Denimstyle. I wear a US size 14. The jeans didn't come over my butt. I requested a refund 3 times before I heard back from them. They asked me to measure and take a picture. (The website said that 3X was a size 18 to a 20). I did this. Then they sent an apology and an offer of $10 out of $68 refund and a 5% discount on their website. I decline and requested a total refund. I haven't heard back from them. It has been 3 weeks.
This company is a scam and should say 'NO RETURN. "

I have to say, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. It's disappointing that I've had to send multiple emails over several days just to get assistance with an item that arrived damaged.

Order #27174 arrived with the chain already detached before I even tried the jeans on. Apparently, quality control isn't a priority, because the item was defective straight out of the package.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return label so I can send these jeans back. I have no interest in keeping a damaged product or continuing to do business with a company that makes customers work this hard to resolve a problem that wasn't their fault.

This entire experience has ensured that I will not be ordering from your website again. I will also be sharing my honest experience through reviews and with others so they can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

This company is a scam company and I want to serve them legal fees for my inconvenience! I ordered 3 outfits and got 2! The kicker is it wasn’t anything of what I ordered and they sent me used clothes! I emailed them and said before you ask, I don’t want to keep it nor give it to anyone and won’t accept an 25% of my money back! They sent 6 messages so far asking me what I told them no too, like over and over! This is why I don’t like ordering from China and I didn’t know this company was from there. Don’t order from them!

They offer a new modern concept to denim that I've never seen before. Not the usual western look. I bought a beautiful jacket and skirt set that totally different from anything I've ever seen before. It's beautiful. Going to recommend this shop to my friends. This is coming from an older woman. 💕

These people are crooks! They send you polyester products. And won’t send you what they advertised! These jeans? I never received them. They won’t give you a refund…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

carbon copy and not the real merchandise that they displayed on the website. Very poor material also wrong sizes does not look like what they advertise on their website, please buyers do not get robbed by Denimstyle like I did. I'm saving you guys, your money. Do not buy from this company. I have proof I'm trying to get back my $300. That they rob me and refuse to give me back. Wants to give me 5%.10% 20%, I need my full refund of these fake merchandise. That your company are selling does not look like. What you see on website

Ik heb een spijkerjurk besteld maar heb totaal anders gekregen.
Mails geatuur en ze reageren zoo traag.
En kreeg als reactie dat ik 10% zou krijgen en dat ik iemand anders misschien kan blij maken met dit jurk als ik als cadeautje had gekregen van hun.
Erop gestaan dat ik mijn geld wilt krijgt daar geen antwoord.
Later een antwoord naar waar ik kan opsturen maar bedrukte letters dat ze geen douane kosten en al die kosten niet gaan vergoeden.
En het ergste wat erbij stond is dat de kans op vermissing aanzienlijke groot is dus dan weet je dat als je het gaat opsturen dat je niks meer van hun hoort.
Schandalig dit bedrijf.

I ordered two jumpsuits in March of 2026. After one month of not hearing anything I emailed them asking about my order. I was told one of my jumpsuits was made to ordered therefore it was being in the process of being made.
Inthe middle to end of May I received both jumpsuits and one was not the jumpsuits I ordered and they both were too small (I sent pics of the items). When I emailed them my problem and asked for a return address for a full refund I was offered 10% back with no return. I declined the offer and asked for the address for a return and I have not heard back from them. I believe they are stalling for the 30 day return policy. Do not order anything from this company.

The incorrect size was sent. Have been trying to contact and return/ exchange items. I haven’t had but one response, which really made no sense, that I should check the size chart. I have sent numerous emails without a reply. This company is extremely unprofessional!

If I could give no star I would! I’ve been waiting for my items for almost 2 months. They sent the top nothing like the picture it’s cheaply made! The jeans I’ve never received. I emailed and they say they are sending them so I’m waiting! They offered me 20% discount but I will not order from them again I spent over $110 for 2 items. At this point I just want my merchandise.
