I placed an order for two faucets for the bathroom vanity, and I've returned them since there was no option to replace them with another one. I returned them on December 17 and never received a refund. I reached out a couple of times via email and by phone; their customer service is horrible, they never responded to emails, and on the phone, they said I have to wait up to 3 months for the refund. Their website says 30 days. Such a scam. I wish I had read reviews here before my purchase, and I would never have placed an order with them. Every time I call, I have to wait at least 35 min to 1 hr to talk to a customer service representative, which doesn't help. They say it's another department that deals with refunds, and apparently, there is no direct way to reach out to them from my side or the customer service side. Do not buy from Delta Faucet.

Bought a brand new Delta sink faucet on December 17, 2025. This faucet was installed on December 20, 2025. On January 11, 2026, the cartridge went bad. After checking at Lowes, Delta customer service informed me that I have to get this particular cartridge from Delta and that it not available anywhere else, AND that it will be at least 2 weeks before they ship out the replacement cartridge that they stock. If it has not come in in 2 weeks, I have to place my order again and that I will have to wait another 2 weeks. I have offered to pay for it to be shipped overnight, but they said they can not do that. They obviously do not care about the customer in this situation. After talking to several of the customer service reps while checking on my cartridge, it is apparent that they have all become numb to customers having issues and trying to resolve them, but do a wonderful job of deflecting the issue to "it is the warehouse, not us". I will never purchase another Delta product again.

I'm beyond frustrated with your warranty/services department. We purchased a delta shower enclosure a couple years ago. In July the non-door wall exploded in the middle of the night. We contacted Delta Faucet and they gave me a replacement number to purchase another and they would refund me. When I found the replacement it was out of stock. I waited about 2 months and contacted our local hardware chain store. They informed me this product was discontinued. I emailed delta faucet and was asked if I had the base or wall set number. I had already given that information. When I called back I was told they should have originally asked some questions and had me take pictures and that they would call me to do a video of the shower with me. I was frustrated that was not given initially, but I filled out the form and uploaded the pictures. A week went by and I heard nothing. I went back over the form and it said for me to call when the pictures were uploaded. So, I called back went through the whole scenario and was told a supervisor would call me within 24 hours. That was December 10, 2025. A week went by so on December 17, I called again to Delta Faucet. Went through the whole scenario again. The lady put me on hold to talk to a supervisor. After about 15 minutes on hold she came back and said I don't think this is our shower!! I was beyond livid. It is a delta shower; we purchased it, had it installed, used it a couple years and the non-door wall exploded. She told me the original lady I talked to had not expedited my phone call to the supervisor but she would expedite it and I would get a call in 24 hours. Well its been over 48 hours, so I called back again today. I got the same lady I talked to on the 10th that didn't expedite my call so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to an Escalation Specialist. I asked what that meant and she stated she is a step below a supervisor. So I reluctantly went through the scenario again and she said well it's been discontinued. REALLY!! Everyone knows that. She said she could expedite my call for a supervisor to call within 24 hours. I reiterated it had been 192 hours already. The expediting is not working. I want to be reimbursed for the shower. Or, better yet have a new shower installed (although the warranty doesn't cover this) but it was your faulty product that I have to replace and have installed again. Delta is a huge company. My husband was a plumber/pipefitter for years and swore by Delta. Saying you get what you pay for. We are not saying that anymore. Definitely will be letting everyone know to steer clear of Delta, unless this is resolved. Thank you for your attention to the matter. I hope we can get further than we have with "customer care". UPDATE: It has now been 31 days and we have heard nothing from delta. #deltafaucets customer service sucks! Will never buy anything from them again.

I contacted Delta Faucet company 4 different times from December 15, 2025 to January 19, 2026 to order 2 replacement cartridges and an aerator. Twice they sent the wrong cartridges and the plumber was not able to install them. Spoke to a supervisor who again was not helpful. Will not be purchasing any further products from Delta faucet as they are not at all able to send working replacement parts. What is the point of having a limited lifetime warranty if you can not get the company to send out the parts that actually work?

Amazing customer service and stands by their product. I bought a faucet in 2012 and it worked great. In 2020 or so the soap dispenser stopped working so they sent me another one. It didn't really fit the old top (which I liked a bit better) so I just lived with it. 2025 the 13 year old faucet is dripping unless I find the sweet spot. Called Delta and let them know what was going on. They are sending, for free, the valve, a new aerator and a whole new soap dispenser! Now that is standing by your product. I know it was discontinued a while ago and really did not expect this for a 13 year old faucet. Just wanted to buy the parts because I love the faucet. In addition, half way through the call we get disconnected and they had not asked for my phone number yet so I thought I had to start all over. 2 minutes later my phone rang! They had called me back! When was the last time any customer service agent called you back when you got dropped! NEVER! Customer for life!

I purchased a Delta touch faucet for my kitchen in 2016. The product did not work until Delta sent a Delta tech to my house to find the problem. The problem turned out to be a manufacturing error. Delta took care and replaced the unit. Good for them!

Fast forward to 2025 and the wires on the LED ring (which were the original problem) broke. Delta customer service honored the lifetime guarantee and sent me a new ring. Unfortunately, the new ring does not fit an older faucet. Contacting customer service again and was told the ring sent was the new upgrade and the style like mine was no longer available. There is no work around and I can still use the faucet in manual mode.

Well $600 for a plain manual faucet wasn't what I bought. Essentially, Delta's 'lifetime guarantee ' is a farce.

I would suggest picking another brand that might stand by their commitments.

I invested approximately $27,000 in Brizo fixtures for my home because of the brand’s reputation for quality and warranty support. Unfortunately, when the finish began deteriorating on my Levoir faucets (models 65398LF-GLLHP-ECO and HX5398-GL) under normal residential use, Brizo refused to honor their written warranty.

Their denial was based on “care and cleaning instructions,” even though the warranty does not state that common household cleaners void finish coverage. After several weeks of repeated attempts and a formal corporate appeal, the claim was still denied.

Beautiful design, but extremely disappointing customer service and zero warranty support. I would not purchase again and would advise others the same based on this experience. Spending $$$ for a “high end” product with robust warranty to only be told the bathroom faucets should only be cleaned with water and a cloth is not realistic or sanitary.

DO Not Purchase From Delta if you need a part on time!!!!

It’s December 20 and I ordered parts on December 11th with scheduled delivery between 5 and 8 days. I called a few days ago and was told nothing could be done until after the 8 days of promised delivery had passed. I called back today and was told there is nothing they can do to help me. My whole bathroom remodel is on hold waiting for extension parts. I will never order from Delta again based upon their lack of customer service and failure to meet their scheduled delivery dates. It may be Christmas time but all of my orders from other stores are being delivered on time so this is a Delta issue.

I just tried to cancel my order and the Delta rep said I couldn't because the order has already processed. To make things worse I was told I would have to pay the shipping to return the item since it is not defective. Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a new product from SupplyHouse.com and my parts will be delivered on 12/24 and 12/26.

I bought a Delta kitchen faucet for $217.00 on 11-29-2025. I purchased the Delta brand expecting a higher quality product. After 3 days, the hot water side of the faucet was not producing hot water. I called support and talked to a very friendly representative who said the cartridge in the faucet was bad. She said I would receive a new cartridge in 5-6 days. Today is 12-14, I received a notice that the cartridge has shipped. If the representative was right, I will see it around 12-20. I paid for quality. Their quality control is lacking, as well as the service after the sale, as it takes three weeks to send a replacement cartridge. My wife got tired of using just cold water in the kitchen. I gave up waiting and returned the faucet.

Ordered faucets with no difficulty. Faucets were fine, although finish quality was not quite what I hoped. However, return process has been impossible and customer service has been terrible. I have had to call 6 times to check on my return and push them to refund the money. You can not speak with anyone who actually handles returns, so they just route you around to multiple departments that ultimately can't help. They will not refund my credit card (because its past 60 days) and are sending me a paper check that could take up to 5 weeks! This is after it taking 30 days for them to process the receipt of my return. The mailed check has no tracking number, so there is no way to insure when or if I receive it. Truly a terrible return process.

Bought a delta shower head for my mother. It lasted about two weeks before it started leaking. All the parts are plastic now so the threads just let go when she turns on the shower. Delta has gone to crap, their products are garbage.

Bought a $600 Delta kitchen faucet about 10 years ago with a lifetime warranty. We repeatedly experienced rusted parts inside the faucet. Delta sent parts promptly, but we had to pay for a plumber each time for the labor. The faucet began to leak about 2 weeks ago, and we called Delta to ask for a complete replacement since it was leaking into a cabinet under the sink. The representative asked for picture which we sent. No reply. Finally replaced the faucet with a Kohler.

I called delta customer service for help in replacement part. I didn’t have paper work only that we were the original owners of the Condo. Delta replaced both my sprayer on the faucets. I just want to thanks Delta for the excellent service. Thank you

Reached out for assistance on resolving slow flow issue on a faucet that we have had for over 6 years and process was quick and easy. They are sending us parts to help resolve the issue. Really appreciate the support

One of the worst after purchase policies Ive ever seen. So just be aware if you buy from Delta, and there is a manufacturing error with your product, they don’t have a team which comes, fixes it (while it’s on warranty) & replaces it if the manufacturer error is not fixable. Once you buy from them you’re on your own, which will cost you time & money, & the only thing Delta will offer is to send a part you paid someone to diagnose as the problem & will pay again to hopefully fix it. In 2025 that they operate like this is fairly shocking.

To make a long story short, I was told I would receive a refund and they reneged on it. The customer service people are not helpful & some sound bored to death when you talk with them.
I will not use this company again. All I really needed was a small stopper replacement which they do not have. I ended up paying for a faucet that was under warranty, postage & a plumber. They need to educate their workers. Not Happy! This started in June of 2025 and just ended Oct 1 2025 Ridiculous

Called to get all new shower fixtures. Found out they would replace them all for Free! So happy! Person we talked to was so nice and helpful. Took a picture of what we needed. She said thet was all she needed and would ship the new ones out today. Great customer service!

Worst company they don't honor their warranty terrible customer service would not return my emails try to get new cartridge they sent me valves springs and seats after telling me they would send me a cartridge run from this company don't ever buy stick with American standard and Kohler and glacier Bay reasonably priced way better company that honors their warranties

We bought our house new 13 years ago and there are Delta hardware throughout. Comes a time when things wear out. A sink in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off so I bought a new replacement cartridge for it, relatively inexpensive so I did it. Well, the kitchen faucet started giving me issues. It’s a single lever with the pull out sprayer. I went to Home Depot to get these and found the cartridge was going to be $30. So, the sales person said call Delta because these have a lifetime warranty, so I did. I wish I had wrote down the reps name because he was super nice and located my cartridge and the sprayer head with the hose I needed. I received these two items in the mail within 6 days, put them on the sink and now I have a new sink. Thank You Delta, your warranty saved me close to $100.00.

Called bc our 20 yr old kitchen faucet was leaking. Wait time was less than 1 min. Very professional customer service rep (which never happens). She located the part we needed that should be received within 10 days. Haven’t had a better customer service experience for many, many years. Excellent.
