A very robust key safe which was very easy to fit after reading the instructions. My initial reaction after receiving it was how do I open it, the instructions and thunderbolts being locked inside the key safe.
The simple answer was press the ‘clear button’. The instructions are also available online.

The signal blocker pouch stoppped working (I had bought 2, 1 as a spare - but both stopped working in less than12 months).

I reached out to the firm and they sent me a replacement without any quibble.Thank you so much.

As an after thought: is the metal weaved in oxidises and stops working after a while. What new technology can be used to improve the longevity of the product.

I purchased the defender signal blocker mini pouches in Apr 24 which worked as intended but unfortunately after 12 months stopped blocking the signal. I only discovered this when I inadvertently attempted to open my car door while the key was securely in the pouch. So, this product appears to only have a relatively short life span.

Purchased a couple of Defender Signal blocker pouches tested them by putting the keys in them and they worked could not open the car door/boot. Also purchased the larger version for the spare keys all very well made.

Excellent Products and the service is fantastic. Having done extensive research, looking for the best product for our needs, I placed a bulk order for the defender key safes. The website was super easy to use but something went wrong on my end where my purchase appeared to time out. I contacted the company directly and Ella was an absolute star! She confirmed the order details and placed it manually for me, she also followed up with the tracking information and then later with the VAT receipt. The order was placed yesterday at about 9.30am and the items were delivered today at just before midday. Super speedy, excellent customer service, I will definitely use them again.
