Start with a tiny step and you’ll see a big change in the end!
Before I started this course, I have been trying different types of diets like Keto, counting calories, and going to the gym throughout the year but I either couldn’t see the results or got too intense and quit after 1-2 months.
Default Thinking’s diet tips are scientifically backed, and I was able to stick to it by changing my mindsets and have control over my food by bringing in the change step by step. I started off by replacing my breakfast (first few weeks), lunch (after 1-2weeks), and then dinner (after 1 month). This gradual shift helped me adapt to my new eating habit and change my lifestyle.
I’m a working parent with a full time job and other diets didn’t really stick but Chris was very helpful in the steps of making goals, sticking to them and continuing the process. I’ve been able to stick to the routine for the past 6 months, and feel confident that I can continue doing it!

A little over 6 weeks ago I was eating one meal a day and basically using wine as a meal replacement, wondering why I "couldn't" lose weight. Fast forward to today and I have so much more control over my emotions and everything I eat is a conscious decision. In fact, I'm struggling to eat all the food I should be consuming. I have more energy than I've had in years because I'm actually fueling my body and I'm losing weight almost weekly now. Chris is a really motivating coach and he understands what you're going through because he's been through it too. There isn't any judgment here, only helping. I can't recommend this program enough. Even my spouse has made some major changes just by watching me be consistent with the program...it's motivated him to want to change too! I love learning about the foods I'm putting in my body and why as well as working on the root causes of why I have been making poor decisions for so long and why I haven't been able to stick to any other program. This isn't a diet, it's a way of life. Highly recommend working with Chris.
That peace of mind I never knew existed
So I have been on this course for 6 weeks . I can not believe the difference it’s made.
No calorie counting, no food measurements . It’s ended my yo yo dieting because I am dealing with the root cause and could of only found that With having such an amazing Coach Chris & his program.
He puts so much work into the program that he wants you to succeed and not just in weight loss.
I am now losing weight in a healthy way, never restricted and more so my mindset has changed beyond belief.
I have a future that I never knew I could have ,plus I have life changing skills dealing with my emotions and how to change in a moment.
It’s the most happiest life changing experience to of ever happened to me .
I have finally found that peace of mind I never knew existed .
In week 7 now and each week I think it can’t get any better and it does , it just keeps giving.
Chris as a coach has this incredible energy and such teaching skills that is so rare you don’t come across often.
I wouldn’t delay and you need to trust the process and you will see it’s the best move you have ever made.
My doctor was so impressed with my blood works in the last 6 weeks . I had a crazy liver count which has almost returned to normal .
This is not a weight loss journey but the best life skills I have ever been taught .
Don’t hold back and truly go for it .

Chris was a great coach. He spent a lot of time with me that helped me understand my compelling reason why! I was able to get very clear not only on what I wanted, but why I wanted it which helped me shift my focus from focusing on the number on a scale to what my health is truly about!
I’m very grateful for the time and effort Chris put in. He was able to guide me and was incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and had very simple and practical ways to implement. It was far from being just another diet!
He had a lot of practical ways of handling emotional eating, stress eating and dealing with cravings which was incredibly helpful.
Since working with Chris, I have gotten into the best shape of my life and maintained my progress months after finishing my coaching sessions.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s been trying to lose weight but can’t seem to keep the weight and though of eating off. Chris will be an incredible support in getting you results!
