Son unos ladrones!!! ten cuidado los envios llegan dañados y te los hacen devolver hasta china con tracking, basicamente pierdes la compra

Wij hebben 2 lampen besteld, maar nog niets ontvangen. Ik vrees ook dat die niet komen of van waardeloze kwaliteit zijn als ik alle reviews zo lees.
Contact opnemen is vrijwel onmogelijk, alle mail komt zo weer retour.
NIET bestellen bij deze online winkel!

Walnoten kapstok besteld maar bruin geschilderde grenenhout constructie ontvangen die door een brugklasser nog beter gemaakt kan worden. Email teruggestuurd met klacht. Benieuwd of er reactie komt, maar lage verwachtingen sinds het bezoeken van trustpilot.

1 lamp en 2 kledingstukken gekocht. Duurde eeuwen om te ontvangen. Wat een goedkope prulzooi!!! Zelfs bij Ali of Temu is het nog betere kwaliteit 😡😡😡

Retourzenden moet je zelf betalen naar China!! Dat kost even €50!!

Contact gezocht om het retourtraject op te starten, wat moet volgens de site. Eerst moest ik foto's opsturen van deze producten. Daarna kreeg ik mogelijke oplossingen. Ik wou gewoon mijn geld terug. En nu... nu reageren ze niet meer!! Als ik mails stuur, krijg ik die met dezelfde vaart gewoon terug gestuurd! Ze reageren gewoon niet meer. Wat een FAKE bedrijf! Had ik eerst maar hier gelezen..

Mijn voorstel is om ALLEMAAL contact op te nemen met ConsuWijzer met de bedoeling om het bedrijf aan de schandpaal te plakken. Zolang dit niet gebeurd, kunnen ze doorgaan met oplichting!!

Oplichters zijn het! Walnoten houten kapstok besteld voor ruim €100,-! De bestelling doet er ruim 3 weken over ipv -10 werkdagen. Je krijgt niet wat je besteld helaas. Kwaliteit is om te huilen en niet zoals op de foto! Alles komt uit China wrs en deze kaptok is dus geen walnoten hout maar blank hout waar ze bruine kleur op hebben gespoten. Troep dus.

L'objet que j'ai commandé est juste très laid et de mauvaise qualité. Rien de plus à rajouter.

I’ve bought a lamp from DecorDutch on Tuesday 21/10/25 and was totally misled by this website to think is a Dutch designer store.
They are a dropshipping company that delivers the products from China.
Again, if I wanted a product from China, I could have easily bought a lamp from Temu and paid more than half less of what I actually paid.
Currently, I just received the tracking number and the lamp is “not yet shipped or collected by the carrier”. Hence, it’s possible to cancel my order and shipment.
However, the only way to contact them is by email and they have replied with a macro, which is sent to all the customers with the same information saying“they cannot help”.
So basically, even if the lamp is at their hands in their warehouse, they are unwilling to cancel the shipment and to send it to me. Now, I’ll need to wait who knows how long it will take from China to the Netherlands.
The worst, to return this item, the buyer (me) needs to pay for the return to China and they don’t refund the original shipment. So basically, if you are lucky enough to get a refund it will not be the total amount paid because they will keep the shipment cost.
All of this is absurd and can be easily avoided with the cancellation of this order before the shipment starts but they just refused to do so.
This is a spam company, that totally misleads customers.

The worst. Super poor quality, shitty service. If you want to return they let you return it to China and you would have to pay the return costs (around 60 euros) yourself.

NIET bestellen. Oplichters.
Bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen na 4 weken.
Mail wordt niet op gereageerd.

Veo que a todo el mundo le ha pasado lo mismo: compré un colgador hace más de un mes. No ha llegado. Escribo a soporte y mensaje automático firmado por Annie R. Me dice que confirme dirección de envío para que me manden otro paquete. Jamás han vuelta a responder, por mucho que escribo.
Dinero robado, pues, aunque lo exijo, no me lo devuelven.
En serio, no compréis aquí.

Bestelde producten komen niet binnen!

J'ai commander un blouson que j'ai jamais reçu, plusieurs mails envoyer toujours la même réponse, on vous en renvoie un autre blouson .Tout est faux , rien reçu. Impossible de suivre le colis sur leur site , il est toujours en attente de préparation. Je vous déconseille a 200% se site 👎👎👎

Terrible company. Bad quality, the lamps look nothing like the photos. When I enquired about returning the lamps, I was asked to send lots of pictures of the unused lights. Then was offered 30% cash back or an option to send the product back from the Netherlands to CHINA at my own cost. Absolutely rubbish. Do not buy anything from this company they are a total scam, pretending to be a nice Dutch Design company but it's cheap chinese shit.

Es una estafa, el producto recibido no se parece en nada a la web, ahora me están dando vueltas para la devolución que me parece que hay que hacerla a China (aunque en su web lo venden de diseño y de Amsterdam) y pagar los gastos de envío a China.

Muy diferentes las fotos que aparecen en la pagina a lo que te llega, pedí unas zapatillas por 34,95 euros y son super diferentes a las que aparecen en la foto y de malísima calidad, las quiero devolver, se han enviado mil emails con las fotos de las zapatillas que me han llegado y no ai manera de realizar la devolución, nunca me habia pasado nada asi en ninguna pagina. Pagina nada fiable.

Wij dachten dat bedrijf in Amsterdam zat, niet dus. Komt allemaal uit Hongkong die rommel. Bezig om dat stuk ellende terug te sturen maar ineens reageren ze traag/niet meer. Rechtsbijstand kan er niets mee omdat buiten Europa is. Aangifte doen bij politie is aan te raden….

Ik heb een lamp gekocht via decor dutch, ervan uitgaande dat het een Nederlands bedrijf is. Na 4 weken nog geen lamp binnen. Blijkt dat het uit Hong Kong moet komen. Geen track en trace, niks. Net de week dat ik op vakantie was blijkt het pakketje te zijn aangekomen. Omdat ik niet thuis was is dit direct retour gestuurd. Het is nu inmiddels weer een maand later maar het bedrijf weigerd mijn geld terug te geven....

De grootste oplichters bende....lamp besteld en je krijgt gewoon iets gestuurd uit China wat daar 2 euro kost.
