Ordered Graham and brown paint will not answer e mails or phone calls it has not been delivered lost £60 they soon email you when they take your money avoid at all cost

scam company DO NOT USE. they take your money and don't provide the goods then they dont give you a refund ever!!! ive read hundred of reviews saying the same thing

Spent £55 on paint, when 3 weeks later it still hadn’t arrived (turns out they simply forward on to another supplier but even that took a week), they only refunded me £40, no explanation of why they’ve charged me £15 for the pleasure of receiving absolutely nothing.

Do not use this company its a scam, they advertise goods they cant provide then never give you a refund. Ive been waiting for over three months

Avoid, have reported them to trading standards, they do not pick up your calls or get back to emails,

Great service and price. The product arrived within a few days and was packed to ensure no damage. I cannot recommend this company enough!

This business is a scam, they’ve stolen nearly 2k from me and don’t respond to emails or answer the phones. AVOID AT ALL costs, you will never receive the items you order. I just can’t believe they’re getting away with this.

Lovely products with a user friendly website at affordable prices, what’s not to love.

I would give 0 stars, if I could - I deeply regret trying to purchase items from this company. MANY weeks later - STILL no refund - for items they advertised but could not deliver themselves. Phones are not answered (VM), emails keep going round in circles. STILL NO RESOLUTION. AVOID AVOID AVOID buying from this company.

Dont use this company, they wont refund your money. I cancelled an order as I was getting the run around with stories of shipments held a customs. Weeks after cancelling my order they still have my money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Waiting a month for my order and now they won't answer my emails and their phone is unattended.

I'm absolutely disgusted. Weeks to issue order to the extent it took so long I had to source wallpaper elsewhere.
Finally order arrived but no longer needed. Immediately returned for refund but Weeks have gone by and I'm still chasing for my money. I'm about to file legal complaint for breach of consumer rights. And a court order to get my money back. Terrible terrible

I ordered a set of 4 pictures and while the delivery was longer than expected (around 4 weeks) customer service was clear and responsive to my questions. They let me know that the container was stuck at customs at Belfast port and gave me an estimated delivery which was 100% accurate. The items delivered were exactly as pictured and packaged really well.

The final outcome was not a happy one as DPD failed to deliver our purchase after 4 weeks of delays. But the company themselves were fantastically helpful throughout. In particular one of their employees, Marion, replied promptly and efficiently to all our messages. For this reason alone I would highly recommend Decor Interiors

Could not agree more with the reviews stating this company take your order but not able to fulfil as they do not have stock. I have been chasing and can get no update and can't get through on phone.
Stay away from using this company. I am now trying to get a refund.

Places an order, and expected it to be delivered within 7 days. Contacted them numerous times and was told items were held up in customs … 6 weeks later still no delivery.. terrible service and terrible customer care. Would not do business again

Very quick delivery. Good customer care and excellent products. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!

I placed an order a month ago of four pillows, 2 orange and 2 pink. I was informed that the orange we actually out of stock (even after receiving a dispatched email). I asked if I can cancel the whole order as I wanted the set. I then weighted one week for the refund, but didn't receive anything so I emailed and got no response. I then email a week later and got no response. I than called and they said my refund was being sent. I checked back a week later and send 2 more emails. I think this is appalling. Given all the negative reviews, I think I will report to fraud services on my credit card. Very disappointing.

This company's MO appears to be to take orders for stock they can't deliver and to hang on to the customer's money for as long as possible. Feedback here indicates several months is typical.

After warning them twice I would instigate a chargeback on my credit card, I had to do exactly that. It seems to be the only language that Decor Interiors understand.

I agree with other posters that this is a scam company.
