Ok let's start by saying I read the reviews here and was worried as so many bad. I ordered on Wednesday night and just now Friday morning it has been delivered exactly as in picture. From my own personal experience this has been one of easiest fastest and best companies to deal with.

Ordered a mirror on 12/10. Still not received it. Spoke to someone on 24/10 who stated that the mirror had been sent and I should have received it on 18/10.
They said they would look into this but no response.
I am waiting for a full refund.

Hi Lynn, Sarah from our office emailed you the day before this review came through to say she was looking into this with the courier, as we request a depot search when an item goes missing. Then the following morning she emailed again to say a replacement was being sent today express delivery while we sorted this out with the courier. Maybe these emails went to your spam? We can assure you, you will receive your mirror. Apologies for the delay on the arrival, this was out of our control unfortunately.

Hi Dawn, your refund has been processed today. You should get an automated email to confirm this from our online system. Our apologies your refund was not processed sooner, the manager has to do this due to the amount but was off at the time and unfortunately it was not passed to her on the Monday in error on her return. Sorry for the oversight on our behalf. Your refund will be with you in 2 to 3 working days depending on who you bank with.
No delivery, no refund, no response.
We ordered a mirror and paid £12.95 for 3-7 days delivery. After waiting 4 times that length it didn’t arrive and so we chased. They said they would refund the delivery charge (they didn’t). 27 days later they said they cannot find a reliable supplier and so would refund the cost. 15 days later and we haven’t got that either.
All in all, we paid £117 for a mirror 42 days ago, which they couldn’t supply and haven’t followed through on any of the refund they promised. I was hesitant to write a review because they said they were a family business but I now genuinely think that might be a cover story and it’s a fraudulent venture.
They haven’t responded to emails or answered the phone. In case they read this, my order number is DI-36444. Please can you return the money you have stolen?

Hi Jake, after looking into your order, we can see the refund was processed on 15th Oct at 10.51am. Notification of this went to Sophie's email address provided at the time of ordering on 16th Oct at 11.11am. If you wish to check that for confirmation or we can send you a screenshot if needed of our online system. So this should be in Sophie's bank account today/tomorrow depending on who you bank with.
With regards to these mirrors, the supplier received a badly finished shipment of them and unfortunately they are not checked by the supplier on dispatch to us (which is common for a majority of UK suppliers), so each time we got a delivery, we then returned your mirror alongside other customers who had them on back order, reordered them but the supplier kept sending mirrors from the same container back out unknowingly to us. This was very frustrating for everyone concerned. We have now complained and removed these from our website until the supplier can quality check their next batch. We apologise your order was caught up in this quality issue we had which dragged on over multiple deliveries.
Upon looking at our emails, we can see replies to your queries and updates but we apologise you had to chase us on occasion for some of these updates. Our phone line is manned by 1 person in the office and unfortunately if they are on a call already, the next caller will hear a message to ask them to ring back. We are sorry you did not get through. Like you said in your message we are a small family business and sometimes under staffed due to sickness which then affects our customer service, sorry. We are definitely not a fraudulent venture! We have a physical shop beside the office/warehouse and are very much an operating business.

This is the second time I have purchased from this company, and I am experiencing the same poor service with communication and delivery.

Hi Helen, after looking into your order I can see a refund was processed on 15th Oct at 11.07am and notification of this was emailed to you on 16th Oct at 11.15am as due to the wait you cancelled. I can see from our emails Sarah did apologise for the delay and responded to you but we are sorry you had to chase an update. We can see on your first order you were given a gift card for £30 as a gesture of apology for our service, we hope now this is reimbursed you will satisfactorily be able to purchase another item. Sorry for the inconvenience caused with your purchases.

Hi Sachin, unfortunately the office staff who man the phones also serve on the shop floor as we were under staffed last week and this week, so apologies your calls were missed. They did reply to your email on Saturday to say your item was shipped and I have asked for you to be updated today on the ETA or refunded. So it will be resolved by close of business today. Again apologies your calls were not picked up due to staffing issues. We are definitely not a fraudulent site!
2 months, still no item
I ordered a throw when it was out of stock knowing it would have a delayed delivery, that's absolutely fine. I then get an email that there has been a further delay, again fine. I then email to check the status of my order and I am informed it is being sent express delivery and that I'll receive a tracking number shortly.
It has now been 21 days since I have heard anything and my previous three emails have been ignored. It has been over two months since I placed the order.
I feel like I have been scammed and this company doesn't actually exist.
If anyone actually reads these, my order number is 34638
UPDATE
company apologised and offered me a £10 gift card and assured me my package would be delivered within the week. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I contacted the company again and I was told that according to their records it had been delivered. When I assured them that wasn't true, they said the would gey back to me. No one did. I then went on their website to check the item myself and their website now said that the item wasn't expected to come back into stock until 2025, and yet they were telling me it would be delivered any day now.
I eventually requested a refund after hearing nothing for weeks. I ordered from another website and received it in 4 days.

Hi Kara, this review arrived in this morning after we had corresponded on the companies Instagram page last night confirming I will get this sorted today for you and apologised. I rang the office first thing as well as forwarded your message via email last night. They are looking into this now. Your email yesterday was forwarded to the warehouse for an update but you were not made aware of this that it was being actioned on, apologies for the poor communication. Again, this will be resolved today and management are looking at your order process.
Just an update to confirm you were emailed with an update and you have told us you were happy to keep the order and wait on the throw. We definitely are not a scam company, just under staffed sometimes which in turn affects our customer service. Apologies.
We are sorry our customer service was not good during your order process Kara. I can see your refund was processed on 28.10.24 to resolve this issue.
Scam or incompetent?
We took the cheap Decor Interior gamble and lost. 5-7 days delivery time. 2 weeks later, nothing. Not expecting anything to turn up at this point. Not sure if scam or just incredibly poorly run business.

Stunning designer tray

Ordered a metal industrial shelf (at a reasonable price). It arrived quickly but damaged as appeared to not have been packaged well. But, a replacement was ordered swiftly and happy with the finished product. Would shop again at this store.

Very satisfied customer
Having read the reviews on here I’ve got to say I was slightly nervous about making my purchase. However I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the order took slightly longer than expected by about a week but the item was half the price I’d seen elsewhere. I received regular email updates and when it arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again but just expect a longer delivery time.

This company is appalling
This company is appalling. I ordered some candle sconces 3 weeks ago, zero updates on delivery and me having to constantly chase. Being pushed back and having seen the other reviews I have now asked to cancel the order as I am unconvinced I will ever receive the items. It’s over £280 of stock and they have the cheek to charge 7.95 for ‘express delivery’ which I selected as I needed the items quickly. I am not confident the refund will be forthcoming either.

We had sent 3 emails a couple of weeks ago and another yesterday to confirm it had left. I am unsure if these are in your spam/junk mail if you have not heard from us. Again we apologise for the delay and you not knowing but your items will definitely be with you as they were booked in on DX 48 express service. We realise our reviews may not read great, however, 97% of our orders go out daily all over the UK on time, well packaged and arrive safely, but these are rarely the customers who leave reviews unfortunately, only the negative shopping experiences seem to leave them which is unfortunate but we are working on a new system to hopefully change that.
