Receive the Strength pendant with pearl…
Receive the Strength pendant with pearl and star. Disappointed as the pictures look a lot bigger than the stone I received. I forgot to check and measure before ordering. There was no returns slip with the item so felt obliged to keep. No good if your used to wearing chunky jewellery. I probably will not make any further purchases.

We do use the word delicate as the chain is quite fine and we have many photos of this style to try to show customers how it looks, so im sorry it wasnt quite right for you. Poor quality
Disappointed that one of the pendant tumble stones on the bespoke necklace had a very noticeable chip in it and the gold initial disc had a dent. I bought the gift for a friend for her birthday and felt embarrassed giving it to her in that state. Felt like a big waste of money which is upsetting as I previously had a great experience with Decadorn.

Disappointing and overpriced
Was given one of the labradorite gold-plated necklaces for Christmas. Nice chain design but the collection of pendants are tiny, a bit rough round the edges and look like they are wrapped in plastic foil rather than gold plate. My partner was disappointed to see the size of them when I opened it on Christmas Day as he'd ordered the necklace gift-wrapped and had only seen it online. The information that came with it said it's made of steel under the plating. Personally I don't think it's worth the money and would only buy another in sterling silver. Pretty enough but overpriced.

Hello, We are really sorry to hear how dissapointed you were with the item. As far as I'm aware you haven't contacted our customer services team who would have been more than happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item was not as expected. The gold plate is electroplated around the edge of the item which we clearly describe as this allows the natual shape of the item to be seen rather than a 'casing'. There is no plastic involved, in fact we are 100% plastic free company ;). I'm also sorry it wasnt big enough for you, but we also clearly state the size of all items and the item purchased is also photographed on a model, so we have done everything to demonstrate how this looks in reality. We do offer the item in sterling silver but we were not made aware you would have preferred this so were unable to offer any alternative.
The base of some of our chains are stainless steel, they contain pure metal that does not cause a negative skin reaction, many jewellery brands use this metal as it is very strong and a pure metal.

Please get in touch at customerservices@decadorn.co.uk if you still havent received this as it was delivered by a 5 point tracking system via Royal mail, the team can recover GPS exact location of delivery from RM if you are still without the item.
