They get the job done but not very good …
They get the job done but not very good on the customer service aspect. Really long hold times and then when you do get through and need to speak to someone specific they are never available which would be okay if they returned their messages.

When I first walked into this place I had my concerns and doubts. After the intake meetings I was made aware of my options. I made a choice and have no regrets. The phone calls, the threatening letters and I guess most importantly, shame in self had stopped.
