First bit was great, such a relief! The agent was so helpful. I had been leaning more towards a proposal and the agent gave me a calm and reassuring, "bankruptcy is always an option if you change your mind in the future." But later, when I was asking more questions about changing it to bankruptcy, the tone of the agent changed real quick. Kind of rude, "You figure that out yourself!" and a few more similar comments. I left thinking, ...right, this is a business and they get kickbacks based on your payments. Bankruptcy reels in less money than a proposal for them. So the sincerity first presented with this agent did not seem genuine. I also considered going with another business after it happened.
Overall, the business itself and what they do is very very helpful. You're there for business reasons, anyway.
