Ordered two sets of lights. Neither one work!!

Total scam I’m like many others ordered festoon string lights last June despite many E mail still no reply avoid at all costs bloody crooks

Scam , ordered some lights 8 weeks ago , several emails trying to track the item , I’ve been lied to , automated emails as well I think , different email addresses , requested new links to check again on ,Shop , now getting emails in German from Aston Concepts , definitely a scam , the product was rechargeable wall sconces all over Facebook the websites and links all looked good.

If I could I would give minus 5 stars to Debrico!! It’s an absolute scam! I bought and paid for lights in June 2025 and have never received them! No reply to the many emails I sent! The shipping link they gave is false!
I’ve contacted shopify but they’ve done nothing either! Trying to get money back thru my bank but no luck.
Why are they still being allowed to trade when they are blatantly stealing money from people???

I ordered over a month ago and shipping does not update, I have chased Customer Service multiple times to no avail, I am now left with no option but to make a claim as this is clearly not going to arrive.

I ordered the string lights advertised on social media and they never shipped it. Even after a month that I placed my order. And when I wrote to customer service they said it was “back ordered” and that’s why it hasn’t shipped. I said in that case, please cancel my order and refund the purchase and they refused to do it! That’s a scam.

Hey - I’m the same as you guys. Been scammed. Think I saw the advert on FB. I have never received the lights and have now just asked for a review by email! I shall never buy from a social media advert again. So frustrating

This is a scam but bizarrely 2 months after my order has not turned up i did receive an email to rate my purchase! This seems to be from another email address but still looks dodgy. They obviously did a campaign June/ July time, got everyone to buy and have now disappeared off most of social media. SCAM

Just like everyone else on this site I ordered lights from this company.They said they had been delivered but they were not. We have a web cam which records all deliveries. They do not respond to Emails and there is no phone number. Do not buy from them.

Reading the reviews here it seems like I am not the only one. I am still awaiting delivery of my order since July 10th and they are not responding to any emails. Looks like scam. Shopify should be aware and remove them as a business. I paid through Shopify and I have tried contacting Shopify to no avail.

I ordered my lights in July and they are still not turned up. They don't reply to emails and there is phone number for them.

Would give it a 0 if I could … I like so many on trustpot who ordered solar lights from this company back in July are still waiting for the goods . I’ve sent numerous emails and no reply . Was posted on Facebook so thought they were legitimate… they absolutely are not ! Do not use them !

THIEVES! AVOID THIS SCAM

Do not order anything from this organisation, it’s not a trusted business! Ordered solar powered festoon lighting at the beginning of July and still waiting with no way of contacting them (I’m presuming as I have sent numerous emails but without reply!) In discussions with my credit card holder to recover costs!

Yet another scam, ordered 2 sets of solar lights on the 2nd August 2025 and have not heard anything back from them and no way of contacting them.

It seems as though they make it nearly impossible to reach them or return anything since their return policy says 30 days from the day of purchase and it takes nearly a month to get your order. They don’t respond to their emails, if email actually makes it through, but more recent recently, the email address provided on their website for return policy does not exist any more.
