Don't buy anything from these guys ,I bought the vacuum phone stand,after i seen it on tiktok ,it doesn't work my phone won't stay on it .I asked for Refund but they told me they want proof it doesn't work,how can I send that when it's my phone on the stand. Also they said they could only refund 1/2 .

I purchased a pheromone lotion from their store, made the payment, and never received the product. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, their responses were always the same vague message claiming that the package was "in transit" — but the tracking never updated, and the item never arrived.

After weeks of waiting, I requested a full refund. Instead, they offered me a partial refund of only $15.67 USD, even though they never delivered anything. I refused this ridiculous offer.

This company is operating fraudulently:

They do not fulfill orders.

They stall with copy-paste replies.

They aim to waste time so your chargeback window closes.

They never provide proof of shipment or a real delivery date.

I have already filed a dispute with my bank, reported them to consumer protection agencies, and will continue sharing this to warn others.

Avoid buying things here or use your PayPal account for payment so in case you are not satisfied they return your money.

The product was the worst I ever had seen, no quality and no function the way it was promiemsed. I wasted mye money and time on this!

They said it was delivered to something called KONPAK in my area. We dont have any office called like that. And the weird thing was. Thr last info before that was customs america. So you would expect customs of my country after that but noooo directly from amreica to my hometown in the netherlands... total scam

A bit a scam set-up I think. They make incredibly convincing and attractive marketing videos to sell you pieces of tat that you could by online for half nothing. I don't mean to be rude to someone's business but I really think that this is a really unethical business model. They make the item look high-end with good marketing but what you are selling is actually super-cheap items that aren't worth even a tenth of what they are being sold for. If you want a super cheap item then buy it elsewhere for super cheap - this business adds on plenty of mark-up on items that are too cheap for the price they have put on it. I got a bag after seeing wonderful videos of it and it was horrendous when I got it.

Bait and switch. Ordered outdoor permanent LED lights but what I received were some cheap strands with tiny lights that were definitely not what I ordered. Customer service gaslit me and said I got what I ordered, even though I sent them pictures of what I received. They only offered a $13.00 refund when I paid $137.00.

This tool works fine, easy to handle, removes pet hair quickly. Gave satisfactory results for a good price.

Impressed by the design and quality; it really gets the job done effectively. Though shipping took a bit longer than expected at three weeks, the product arrived in pristine condition with solid packaging. Overall, pleased with the performance and appearance. Minor delay in delivery but still satisfied.

Decent tool for both pets and windows, with noticeable hair removal, though the design feels a bit basic.
