Goede snelle service en goede kwaliteit

Brillerne er 97 procent lige så gode som mine gamle.
Kræver lige tre dages tilvænning. Måske skulle jeg have købt de briller der passer til en årgang yngre.
Brillerne sad heller ikke fast på hovedet, men en varmepistol og stang rettet til løste problet.
Alt i alt, en rigtig god briller til prisen.

I have to agree with all the other comments here. They advertise on the normal shady suspects, tiktok, instagram, facebook and do not honor their customers orders.
My advice is never, ever buy anything from any of those platforms and certainly not from the company themselves.

I ordered a Conveyor Belt Mechanical Watch and what I received was a peice of junk labeled as a Sanda Fashion Watch. When I contacted them they denied sending me the wrong product.

Absolutely abysmal company, I would'nt give them any stars but I have to give one to submit a review.

Already written a review but feel I need to follow up as this has been going on since July. Please do not buy anything from this company. Its a complete scam, the order that finally arrived was completely unwearable due to poor quality materials, bad materials and sewing that looks like its been done by a child. Holes and treads everywhere. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. This should be an option for a company that is clearly a scam and has not escalation protocol. These items arent cheap. Avoid at all costs because youre not getting any refunds, response and you cant use the goods due to such shoddy quality

Been waiting months for my products after being charged more than the advertised price. Thier support team asks helpful but are quite rude. The tracking said it got to Australia and sat in Canberra 2 months ago and now I can't track them at all. They said they sent a replacement set and to be patient. I think this is a way of holding people off until they forget about the purchase, give up or so much time has passed that they no longer in the time frame that they have to refund or can blame shipping companies and get their insurance pay outs . Either way it's a SCAM !!! Do not buy from here. Close to $200 down the drain for me on a gift I thought would be special.

Waited over two months for my order. Got the order and it is not what I ordered. They refuse to refund me and does not take responsibility for the error. Extremely poor customer service.

I must update my previous review as I finally received my order yesterday. This order was placed on April 13th and received on June 11th, almost two months later. Firstsnowfarm.com must look into their delivery chain.

Saw an add for wireless trailer lights on TikTok. Waiting months for them to arrive. Finally delivered yesterday and they were NOTHING like advertised. First thing I noticed was the small packaging and when I opened it, the first thing I saw was wires. Now what?

Inferior model of screen protector ordered was delivered.

Totally ripped me off!! Over $150 charged for items not fitting the website description. Offered 5% refund. SCAMMERS!! DO NOT EASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE FRAUDSTERS.

Completely the wrong product delivered after waiting 2 months. Cost me $32 and was offered $3 compensation.

Dårlig kundeservice og manglende løsning på returpakke

Jeg bestilte en pakke fra firstsnowfarm.com, men af en eller anden grund blev den sendt retur. Jeg kontaktede deres kundeservice for at få en løsning, men de bad mig blot vente, indtil de modtog pakken retur.

De gav mig et trackingnummer, men pakken har nu stået stille i næsten to måneder, og jeg har stadig ikke fået nogen opdatering eller en løsning fra dem.

Jeg har gentagne gange forsøgt at få svar fra kundeservice, men de giver mig blot den samme besked: "Vent til vi modtager pakken." Der er ingen hjælp eller vilje til at finde en hurtigere løsning.

Dette er uacceptabel kundeservice, og jeg vil fraråde andre at handle her, hvis de forventer en smidig og problemfri købsoplevelse.

Poor customer service and no resolution for returned package

I ordered a package from firstsnowfarm.com, but for some reason, it was returned. I contacted their customer service to find a solution, but they simply told me to wait until they received the package back.

They provided me with a tracking number, but the package has now been stuck for almost two months, and I still haven’t received any updates or a resolution.

I have repeatedly tried to get answers from customer service, but they keep giving me the same response: "Wait until we receive the package." There is no help or willingness to find a faster solution.

This is unacceptable customer service, and I would advise others to avoid shopping here if they expect a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I ordered goods in early November 2024 and still hav'nt received them and im now nearly 3 months waiting and the last information on the tracking service stopped on the 17th of December. I will never be using there services again and will be advising others on the Internet not to use them.
