100% a scam company, they provide fake shipping tracking numbers, shoplifty store and dead links, I disputed the charge after a month of waiting and the bank instantly confirmed this and sent back my money.

Ordered 4 jerseys before world cup arrived 1months later have been asking theme about my product but keep saying tey have tracking issues after i wanted to get the refund no sign of email back they are scammer do not buy from them i lost my 100pounds.

This would be 0 if it would allow me I ordered 2 tops on 7thy July to have no confirmation sent once purchased even asked for this, emails ignored most of the time when they did reply they just said there is an issue with their tracking system and they have a new website!! Over a month later they both arrive and one of them have a hole in side of it where the stitching has come apart!! Emailed them again with attached picture with proof to be ignored once again!! Asked for a refund many times to be told they can’t issue one!! This company is nothing but a scam avoid at all cost!!

La empresa no contesta a mis mails solicitando información.

Son unos auténticos sinvergüenzas, llevo 10 días esperando un pedido, llevo innumerables correos enviados y ni se dignan a responder, tomaré otras medidas.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Ordered the england kit for my son, hasn't arrived. They keep telling me that it has been sent but there's an issue with the tracking system. For 3 weeks they have told me that I will have it by the end of the week. Have asked for a refund or replacement, they never answer just keep getting "it has been handed over and you will get it by the end of the week". Only ordered as it said delivery by DHL 3-5 working days.

Estafadores, dicen que el pedido está en camino y es mentira, no te dan ni el numero de seguimiento...

Never buy anything from Urban Kits, they are absolute scammers.
Save yourself the headache of having to contact your bank to block the transaction.
I have no idea why Facebook still allows them to run ads.
