Loan staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Iv never had a bad experience with them and have been a member for quite some time now. I was on and off the phone with them a few times today and the last woman I spoke to was tremendous. 10/10 credit union

Ms Maryame was of great help, she guided me all through and better still, she made me aware of other benefits I qualified for as a DCU member. Well not remembering the name of the agent that helped me, I would say that she was an employee that should be rewarded and considered a key resource. I called to close my accounts, only based on bank consolidation post retirement. She carries the torch for DCU to try to get me to stay in as a customer and I cannily say that while my mind was made up, if she worked for my company, I would reward her and consider her a very valuable asset based on her energy and determination. She genuinely cared about me leaving and if there had been any wiggle room, I would have caved. So cheers to her and to DCU for whoever hired her.
