Ordered some shoes in May 25th, mid June and still no delivery, cant get hold of anyone other than an auto bot reply saying it can take up to ten days...were well past that...tracking says delivered yet where is it? not at my house thats for sure!

Orderd shoes with stated delivery. Did not arrive. Contacted customer service and got automated reply saying they were delayed. Link for tracking number caused courier company security to prevent access.

Tried to contact customer service again no response.

Suspect scammers

Don't make a big mistake like me, the sneakers I bought on this site cost 1200 kr and the quality is terrible, the first time I used them the paint came off and stained the socks and the whole leg, fraudulent website, NEVER BUY HERE.

Ein Schuh kam mit einem großen Fettfleck etc an. Ich habe die Schuhe sofort reklamiert und um einen Retourschein gebeten. Bis heute nach 5 Tagen keine Reaktion auf meine Emails außer deren Richtlinien für Retour. Da es sich um eine Reklamation handelt müssen die für die Retour aufkommen!
Kundendienst ist einfach nur unterirdisch! Nicht zu empfehlen!

I have been wearing DC Shoes for 25 years, as has my partner, I have always used an intermediary supplier with no issues. Ordered from their site in two sizes, ready for Christmas, neither fit so sent back both. Low and behold, no refund and no response from a human being either (they blamed their courier via email
only - EVRI - you chose to use them as a company so that should be your problem not the customers). DC’s have stolen £180 from me despite my repeated attempts to talk to someone and get my refund, they won’t get my business again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Disappointingly, I have to write a negative review based on my customer service experience recently.
I ordered a pair of shoes size 10.5 on 1st December 2025. DC sent me a pair in size 11 and therefore too big. I communicated this to them and eventually they sent me a pre paid return form to send the shoes back.
Tracking confirms the shoes as delivered on 16th December 2025.
DC have not issued a refund for the incorrect shoes and are not replying to emails. You’re better off buying from a physical store if you can.

Terrible. Sent my shoes back to DC using the courier they use and the label they suplied. No refund yet and looks like the courier has either stolen or lost them (EVRI) No reply to my e-mails from DC Shoes. Will be going to my bank to get my money back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures qui malheureusement est trop grande. Je renvoie aussitôt les chaussures dans leur boîte d’origine. Les jours passent et toujours pas de remboursement, je réclame donc mon dû. Et là, stupéfaction, DC Shoes me répondent que les chaussures ont été portées et que je ne serais pas remboursée ! Je n’en reviens toujours pas! Comment cela s’appelle ? De l’escroquerie non ?

30 of July i ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter direct from DC. After a few days they send me an e-mail with a tracking number! After on month of tracking the order on 2 of September it shows me that the order was delivered to me but it never came to me ! I try to contact them by mail but never responded ! The order with the tracking number they gave me shows delivered and i havent receive it! They are scammers ! Never order from them!It never shows the delivery company so that i can contact at least them to see where my order is !

Article commandé qui s'avère n'être plus disponible alors que toujours possible de le commander sur le site. Remboursement inexistant au bout de 15 jours et le comble, c'est que lorsque vous écrivez pour réclamer votre dû, on vous répond qu'il faut arrêter d'écrire car ça encombre leur messagerie. Lamentable... A déconseiller.

SAV catastrophique qui se moque de vous en ne répondant pas. Dans ma commande du 27/06/2025 j'ai reçu un t-shirt avec un défaut d'impression visible, et malgré trois relances et un mois après, je n'ai toujours pas reçu de vraie réponse à mon problème, toujours le sempiternel accusé de réception comme quoi "le message avait été transféré au service concerné"... En gros je n'aurais jamais de retour. N'achetez pas sur ce site, car malgré une livraison rapide, si jamais vous veniez à avoir un souci, vous l'aurez dans l'os.

Sav inexistant après 3 semaines de solicitation pour un default de fabrication

Fatal, compro unas zapatillas disponibles, todo OK y al día siguiente me hacen devolución diciendo que no pueden atender mi pedido. Al día siguiente compro otras, también disponible, y pasa un día y otra vez lo mismo….fatal servicio, de lo peor. Una pena siendo la marca que es

Attention arnaque

Llevo 13 días esperando el pedido y no me ha llegado ningún email sobre el envío ni nada. Al mirar el email de la confirmación del pedido, seleccionó el número facilitado para el seguimiento y me pone que el pedido ya está entregado. Al ir a correos me han confirmado que el pedido era para otra persona y que ha sido entregado.
No me responden a los emails ni tengo solución para nada. En total son 140€ de pedido que ahora mismo no se donde está. ¿Alguna solución?

Habia leido muchas malas reseñas aquí y en Amazon sobre la tienda online de DC, pero me arriesgué a comprar (con algo de miedo) Mi pedido tardó 2 días en llegar a España, las zapatillas en el color y talla que quería. No tuve problemas con nada, supongo que las quejas con esta empresa solo es con las devoluciones.

Pedido realizado hace más de 15 días de dos pares de zapatillas. He recibido un par el otro está en el limbo. Por supuesto han cobrado los dos, atención al cliente inexistente y su número de contacto “gratuito” desde España es de pago. Ellos dicen que se han enviado y el transportista a la espera de que les den la mercancía. Por supuesto yo con 90 euros menos. Una estafa en toda regla. Muy decepcionado después de más de 15 años utilizando la marca. Pedido 12209021, por si alguien quiere arreglarlo.

Deberina terminar en un Juzgado. No se puede entender que una empresa como esta tenga una politica de ESPAFA con sus clientes. Deberian despedir de forma fulminante a la persona que tomo la decicion de trabajar de esta manera. Son unos Singergüenzas. PEDIDO#12026015 - 01/12/2024 por si alguien de la empresa tiene la dignidad de aclararlo.

Compre unas zapatillas. Las devolvi y no me han devuelto el dinero.
