Product isn’t worth the price and quality just slapped a sticker on the Mylar pouches wasn’t happy of the final product I purchased not worth the money best to look elsewhere for cheaper and quality print instead a sticker not worth it all

We also offer direct printed bags but we would only ship the direct printed ones if that’s what was ordered. Unfortunately with you ordering label bags we can only assume that is what you required. For future reference if the product you order is called ‘pre labelled bags’ the bags are labelled, if the product is called ‘direct printed bags’ the bags are direct printed. Mylar bags - Scam-products
Ich hatte eigentlich bedruckte Tütchen (mylar bags) bestellt aber stattdessen irgendwelche random Beutel erhalten auf die einfach ein Sticker geklebt wurde. Der Sticker passt erstmal nicht ordentlich (viel zu gros für das Design - die Tütchen lassen sich dadurch nicht mehr versiegeln) und lösen sich stellenweise ab, da die Tütchen für den Versand auch noch geknickt wurden... (Pfusch!)
Das ist wirklich das schlechteste Produkt das ich mir für den Preis vorstellen kann!
Wirklich extrem teuer dafür das es *nur* eine mit Sticker beklebte Tüte ist und eben kein bedrucktes Produkt.
Auf meine Beschwerde wurde seit über einer Woche nicht reagiert.
Kosten-/Nutzenfaktor ist nicht gegeben - der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtgertigt.
Zollabgaben könnten für ein Kundenfreundlichen versand in die EU auch vorab erhoben werden, dann würde man sich nochmal 15,- Gebühren beim dhl sparen (15,- Nachnahmegebühr für die Einfuhrsteuer von 6,77€ 😒) Das geht bestimmt besser...
Bestellt keine Mylar bags - die sehen nicht gut aus, sind minderwertig verarbeitet/produziert und mega teuer.

Regarding the labelled bag comment I have checked and can see you have ordered labelled bags. We do sell printed bags but as advertised on our website the minimum order quantity is 1000pcs. You ordered 35 ‘pre-labelled bags’. By pre-labelled the product means the label is applied to the bag before shipping.
As advised on our website the labelled bags are not heat sealable due to the label, this is only possible on direct printed bags.
Regarding the price I am sorry that you feel £32.90 is expensive for the bags. We always monitor our prices and ensure we remain competitive whilst maintaining our high quality.
All of our orders are shipped as ‘receiver to pay customs’. There is a notice on the website that you have to accept to be able to process the order.
Bags are never shipped folded but if this has happened in transit please feel free to send photos and we can rectify.
I feel this review is more in regards to the fact the bags are labelled but unfortunately as that is what you ordered that is what was shipped.
I believe the amount of good reviews speaks volumes of the quality of our products and customer service.

Compared to other shops, I think the prices are too high.
The prices are higher than in other shops. When you check the shipment time on their page, it says it takes about 4 working days. However, after nearly two weeks my order still hadn’t been shipped, so I contacted them, and only after my email did they ship it a few days later.
All the big bags were fine, but the small ones had unglued bottoms, so I had to seal them myself with a sealing machine.
Bad that I can't add pictures here how does it look and you can see glue spots

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve checked and can see you placed your order during our one week closure for refurbishment; there was a notice on the website advising we were closed and to allow an additional week turnaround due to this.
Regarding the unglued bottoms would it be possible to send us a photo please so we can see what the issue is. None of our bags are glued at the bottom, they all have a bottom gusset allowing the bags to stand up as shown in our website images.
Following on from your edit we have just emailed you for the photos as we are really confused as to what you mean regarding the bottom of the bags. They are machine sealed not glued. Thank you

Stickers could have been put on and positioned better on the bags .The postage price is not in line with the package size or weight.

Hi Jamie, we’re really sorry you feel this way, we’ve dropped you an email to see what the issue is with the £9.99 mystery bag order you received so we can rectify this for you. Unfortunately the £7 next day delivery fee is set by our courier - we have found this to be a relatively good next day price whilst maintaining a reliable courier service.
12 days to be delivered
I bought items on a Thursday (8 days in advance for when i needed them) and they didn't arrive for 12 days
I was even assured via email that they would be sent out in time for the date needed and still arrived 4 days after that promised date.
It's a shame, as I've always bought of them in the past and not normally have such an issue.
Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

I ordered customised clippers Tuesday afternoon expecting at least a week for them to be delivered. To my surprise, they arrived two days later and I couldn’t be happier with the product
