As advised on our website we have unfortunately been closed but returned to work on Friday. If you did not notice the closure at the time of your order I am very sorry for the inconvenience, we tried to be transparent with a homepage pop up as are aware not everyone checks our socials.

Unfortunately as our website pop up advises we have been closed since the 20th of April and only reopened on Friday. Ordered and paid but nothing came, no communication, no refund.
Problem was sorted after a few weeks and refund was received.

More communication would have helped but as a small business i assume that could be a struggle.
Edit : received the goods and a refund now. Seems all these problems have been a mistake

Didn't receive my order nor any replies to my emails.
I have received an email today on the 28th to apologize for the delay (unexpected personal circumstances).
I can appreciate that these things happen, though unfortunately as a customer when your order is important to you, and you order with an expected timeframe, it is still inevitably frustrating to say the least.
I have been offered a discount on my next order and an update on my current one.
Depending on the discount offered, I may change my review.
I sympathise with the owner as I'm not heartless, but like I say, when you order, you do expect it to come in good time.

Regarding the delivery timeframes the items ordered have a 4 working day production time before shipping via a next day courier. Having checked I can see your order arrived on the 5th working day. If you ever require a faster turnaround than advised on the website please reach out first so we are aware, as all packaging is made to order sometimes we do require the full turnaround times stated.

I believe I was mis-sold the product and can’t return it, as per their policy. I have received no reply to any of my e-mails regarding this. Read the descriptions of the products very carefully!

Apologies for the delay with the delivery, we wasn’t aware of any issues until you left this review. I’ve just chased this up with DHL and they advised they emailed you this morning to advise the order would be delivered today. According to the tracking information the order shows it is on the delivery van. Can I check did you not receive our dispatch emails with the tracking details or the delivery notifications from DHL?
