Easy to order online. There was an issue with the order but this was promptly rectified and sorted. I've used this company lots in the past and would so happily again

I had a great experience with David Phillips, especially given I had an amazing customer experience thanks to Ellie McNally! I have ordered two furniture packs and Ellie has been very helpful with making sure that the orders are delivered at the time most convenient for me. All my questions were answered very quickly and I knew I was in good hands! The furniture looks great and I am very happy! Recommended - truly 5 star experience!

Recent Furniture Order
The company was very easy and transparent to deal with, their communication was excellent at all stages of the process. Even when the lead person was absent another staff member took responsibility for running the ordering an delivery process.

Amazing service and support
The service from David Phillips is quite amazing. Safa has been my direct contact throughout the process and has always been very prompt in her responses. She made time for calls whenever necessary and answered all my questions in detail by walking me through the process of ordering, delivery and scheduling a time for blind measurements. She provided me with suggestions on furniture (design, color etc) when I needed help or was hesitant about a specific item. Overall had a great experience and would recommend! Thank you Safa and David Phillips team!

I’ve used David Phillips several times to furnish rental properties and their service is first class.
Their Customer service man (Olebogeng) was so helpful checking if something was in stock and arranging a super fast delivery of new beds and collection of an old one. Delivery was smooth and efficient. First class service!

Efter godkänt pris via mail för en keynote kräver han dubbelt betalt 5 veckor senare samt avbokar.
Har ett stort event där David går med på ett pris för att genomföra en Keynote. - Första året avbokar han efter 5 veckor. Andra året bekräftar han via mail en prispunkt och sedan kräver han dubbelt betalt efter 5 veckor och när han inte får det avbokar han vilket då sätter mig i en knepig situation.
Ska även ha med klausuler som säger att han kan avboka sig själv och sätta in sin kollega istället när han känner för det.
Anlitar 100+ experter på år så väldigt van inköpare av kompetens och aldrig varit med om så oprofessionellt bemötande. Dessutom 2 år i rad.

A return customer for quality product and good service
I have sourced my furniture package for my first home in 2018 and now my second home. Quality furniture and good service definitely worth every penny you spent.
Aaron Coates has been super helpful to me when I encountered problem in placing an order online. Professional, efficient and patient to customers. I would highly recommend him as the sales person to contact.

Replacement Mattress
We had an experience with a tricky tenant and Stephanie at David Phillips was great throughout. She called me back several times to update me on a replacement item and she was just incredibly helpful with it all especially given the circumstances.
