I've received quick responses, furnitures are good and they are very helpful in designing layouts

We moved house recently and have had deliveries from several suppliers. I now have a variety of experiences in buying furniture and the service from David Phillips was outstanding.

I received a reminder a day before of the scheduled delivery. I received a message on the day of the delivery with a 2 hour window for delivery. I then recieved another message 30 minutes prior that the delivery is almost there.

The team arrived on time and managed to get the items to the house including the first floor with not a single scratch. The installation was fast and importantly the team collected all the waste and took it back for recycling.

This experience compares to the other deliveries I had. One left the pallet in the driveway. Another left all the waste behind which I struggled to dispose off.

In summary, the best experience in getting new furniture in the house

After dealing for many many years with the likes of Ikea, Wayfair and Made.com, a property manager friend put me onto David Phillips back in 2022. I have since purchased a bed and a beautiful television stand, assisted by the lovely Ruth in customer services.
I am over the moon not only with the superior quality of the furniture, but even more so by the service. The deliverymen both carried the items to my front door on the first floor and then built the items. I was thrilled!
I cannot recommend David Phillips enough.

Just wanted to share how happy I am with the work that Razvan have put in Pinnacle tower for the project containing 190 units furnished in under 7 weeks period. I am so very grateful for the dedication, effort, and hours of extra time spend in order everything to be done up to the highest standard. I have been working with hundreds of contractors and their workforce, but can assure you, never had such dedication and effort for perfectionism as such as the one Razvan, Jorge and the team of David Philips have.

I worked with Safa to fit out a one bedroom apartment and she was absolutely brilliant in helping with my needs. Safa was quick and responsive while being patient with my decision making. Would not hesitate to recommend and looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Michael and Darren climbed up 10 flights of stairs when the lift in my building wasn’t working. They were so helpful and cooperative! Much appreciated!

We have just had over 250 mattresses delivered and the same amount of used ones collected from University accommodation blocks. The company David Philips sent a team of helpers with the deliveries who were fantastic, so helpful, polite and hard working, even in the torrential rain! Thank you for your help.
