I ordered my daughter a sweatshirt from dashingsoul.com for Christmas. It arrived, but not at all as pictured. It is a terribly strange material. It's like cheap felt inside, and stiff polyester outside. The stitching and draestring on the blue "sweatshirt" is white, which looks stupid and isn't how the
photo was. I showed my daugjter, she was disappointed. We emailed them 3 times to return, NO RESPONSE for weeks. $45 gone. I took it to goodwill. Then I got an email from them regarding a return. Too late, it's gone. And i feel like the return would be jumping through a lot of hoops.

Appalling delivery service. One package was delivered erroneously to a garage door that is not mine. Package was subsequently stolen by the time I discovered their error. Communications with them and the carrier have been fruitless despite photo evidence. AVOID

Took forever. Poor customer support. When they arrived, tops are all shiny and cheap. Not 100% cotton as listed on website. No fabric content label. No care label. It’s probably not even legal to sell garments this way. Do not recommend.

J'ai commandé 2 tee-shirt imprimés. Les matières sont de mauvaise qualité, les dessins ne sont pas nets et n'ont rien à voir avec les photos du catalogue. En plus quand on demande un remboursement et faire un retour, on te répond que la livraison est à ta charge. 50 euros mis à la poubelle.

So sad. Bought one as a gift for my son. It’s polyester!!! The design in real life is nowhere near as delicate and beautiful as online. Should have known better. I almost bought several. Glad I decided to get one and see how it was. Two thumbs DOWN!!

Qualité médiocre, sweat-shirt raide, brillant, on dirait un déguisement moche, l’impression du dessin est floue. C’est horrible !
Et bien sûr, le retour est quasiment impossible, ils traînent pour donner l’adresse ( qui sera probablement en Chine!) et propose 20% de réduction sur la prochaine commande… mais je ne recommanderai pas chez eux !!!
Bref on n’est pas loin de l’arnaque

Bought two t shirts as a gift… one had a mark on the front and the other has huge stitching issues… emailed the contact email to return the items and it kept not delivering…. £48 wasted…. Terrible quality, terrible customer service, terrible waste of money.

Jacket looks NOTHING like the picture. Polyester fabric, no quilting. Like your grandmother would wear that stinks of sweat.

Poor sizing. Poor quality. Should have read reviews before ordering!

A fuir ! Clairement pas un site de confiance. Les designs sont originaux et attrayants, mais quelle déception à la réception… déjà la matière, c’est du 100% polyester, on dirait un déguisement bas de gamme (lamentable) et les impressions sont floues (une mauvaise blague) ! Le soit disant service « retour garanties sous 30 jours » est une nouvelle déception, se sont des réponses automatiques faites pour gagner du temps et ne pas répondre à nos questions. Après 3 mails, où ils me proposent une remise de 20%, on finit par me fournir une adresse de 6 lignes pour un retour à mes frais en Chine avec des explications douteuses (il faut leur envoyer des photos notamment) mais le coup de grâce est qu’ils se réservent le droit de ne pas rembourser malgré tout.

Bref, je vous recommande vivement de fuir, je vais envoyer mon 5eme mail pour re re re re redire que je ne veux pas d’un remboursement partiel, mais bien un retour de tous les articles et un remboursement complet.

Quel dommage, comme je le disait plus haut, les designs sont beaux (sur le site) et originaux.

È una truffa! Ho comprato una felpa che in realtà è sottilissima e di tessuto pessimo. Nella foto il cappuccio ha la stoffa che ripiega dentro in realtà non è così (chiaramente i capi fotografati sono diversi). Se lo vuoi restituire lo devi spedire a tue spese a un improbabilissimo indirizzo cinese, altrimenti ti restituiscono 5 euro. Una vera truffa!

Love the Japanese art designs. I had to ask where your sizes were explained because I didn't scroll down far enough. (Guess that's really on me.) I had to check out twice because the first time never finished the purchase despite refreshing the screen several times.

Do not buy from this company! My order has just arrived and the quality is terrible. I ordered several t-shirts, a couple of hoodies and a long sleeved top. On all of them the gorgeous prints I was so excited about are blurred and on one item part of the pattern is missing. They don’t look anywhere near as good as the pictures on the website. The stitching is terrible and on the hoodies the seams are stiff inside so they rub the skin. They are all printed on the same cheap, extra shiny polyester so they all look like blurry football shirts. The fit for female tops is terrible as they are sewn like men’s t-shirts and the sleeves are completely different than the pictures, being long t-shirt sleeves rather than cap sleeves (you can’t roll them like they are on the website as the white inside of the polyester and the bad stitching can then be seen). There is no elastic in the waist or sleeves of the hoodies so they are uncomfortable and hard to get on. Lots of reviews on here say returns are a nightmare so I’m not holding out much hope. Lesson learned, don’t just look at the reviews on websites, check elsewhere!

J'aurais du lire les commentaires ici avant. Je ne peux que répéter ce que tout le monde en dit :
1/ Qualité pas à la hauteur des attentes. Le rendu est très différent des photos
2/ On ne peut pas vraiment retourner les produits - il faut les renvoyer en Chine, de Belgique ça coute 70+€ (et encore sans suivi, et ils disent bien que si le produit ne leur parvient pas ils ne remboursent pas). Du coup ils proposent de les garder contre 20% de remise sur la prochaine commande (code promo que tout le monde reçoit dès sa première commande). En insistant un peu, ils sont allé jusque 10$ de remboursement.

Par honnêteté intellectuelle, voici les points positifs :
- les designs sont vraiment originaux (d'où leur succès malheursemeent)
- le service client est très responsif et très poli.
