Odpowiedź od Dan’s Deals UK

I’m sorry you feel this way, however I do need to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review. The shoes were inspected and personally packed by me before dispatch, and they were sent out brand new and unworn. They were not sent in the condition shown in the photographs you provided after receiving them.

The photographs showed multiple signs consistent with the shoes having been worn, including scuffing, sole separation and damage to the midsole and upper as well as veins missing from the shoe. I also included a written warning with the order regarding the potential for age-related issues with older pairs, which was also stated on the product listing.

I have tried to deal with the situation fairly and professionally, but I cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not present when the shoes left me.
