Steal money from people. Should be shut down and lot allowed to trade

Like several of the other reviews I would like to make it clear NOT to buy from this business.

SCAMMER!!!

Purchased from this small business and I was told I would receive the order in two weeks time. Three and a half weeks later - nothing. I asked politely for an update but was ignored for over a week even though they were posting on their Instagram stories.

Finally, I received a response of them promising to send me a replacement. This promise was not fulfilled - typical. After 5 weeks from placing my order I requested the order be cancelled.

The business continued making up lies and excuses such as "there are police in our office investigating and we can't get in".

So, now that I have been refunded, I have decided to write a review to attempt to protect other small businesses from this vile business.

Doesn’t even deserve a one star. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a business starter bundle. Communication was good to begin with, replying to all my messages but once payment was received the service was terrible. Never responded to my messages until I posted on her social media page, said she completed my order and posted it but never received it. Why post deals on social media and not complete them? Won’t even let you leave a review on her social media to warn others not to waste their time.

Our small start up business placed an order on 7th August 2025. We went for the “starter bundle” for £15. Communication was quick and a link was sent for payment. Payment was made and we heard nothing for a few weeks. We sent an Instagram message as it dawned on us, we hadn’t provided any contact details or preference as to what was going to be included on the design and we also requested an update on expected delivery. We received a response 6 days later, advising us that our order would be sent after the bank holiday weekend. The weekend had been and gone and no sign of our order, but we still also hadn’t provided any preference or contact details for our business cards (wasn’t sure how the whole process worked and she certainly didn’t keep us right). Sent another follow up message a week or so later, requesting an update - no reply. While we were waiting patiently on a response / update on our order, she was actively advertising further “deals” on social media rather than focusing on the orders and payments already received. Still no response to our last message when we receive an email confirming a refund will be processed?! that was great, saved us a job because that was definitely our next step. We received NO further communication and the refund was in our account this week. Absolute waste of everyone’s time and would not recommend at all. Don’t know why she continues to advertise on social media when she can’t keep up with the paying customers she already has confirmed. Don’t like to give people a bad name but this was bang out of order.

We took advantage of the ‘flash sale’ bundle offer and purchased some items for our small business on 7th August.
On 9th September, we contacted them asking for an update on our order and whether tracking information was an available, we never received a response.
On 17th September, our order was refunded and no explanation given as to why.
The absence of communication since placing our order was disappointing. To see the business constantly advertising but ignoring customer’s messages was frustrating from a paying customers perspective.
We love supporting other small businesses as much as we can but unfortunately, we will not be recommending this one to others.
Please don’t be hooked in by their “offers”!!

I purchased a bundle for my small business which arrived and I was super happy. I didn’t hesitate to recommend and re order. I ordered in May and long story short, it is now September. Apparently my order has been resent 4 times but not one has arrived. Requested a refund which has also never materialised.
I can’t understand how they wouldn’t ensure they used tracked delivery after the first 2/3 never arrived?
They didn’t reply to messages unless I commented on one of their posts, which was then removed.
Anyway, super disappointed. 😢

I placed an order with Daisy Doodles, taking advantage of the £5 offer that was advertised. I sent over my logo and a description of how I wanted the business cards to look – communication throughout was clear and thorough.
Although delivery took around two weeks, I understood that this could be due to both production and postal delays, which are often outside the seller’s control.
When the products arrived, I was really happy with the quality – they turned out exactly how I’d hoped. I’ll definitely be placing more orders in the future!

Ordered on the 1st August and today is 21st August and still not received my items. I messages the seller on 15th and she said she was away at the moment and will check when she’s home. Still no message from her regarding tracking or where the order is. My listing has also been removed from her website meaning I can’t get my refund. I needed these by 14th August, so I ordered 2 weeks in advance for my product launch. Awful manners when I messaged her and I definitely should have checked the reviews first!

Well what can I say?
Worst company ever. I was sucked in to buy a product, when it took two weeks and still hadn't delivered, I messaged to ask if I can have my refund and then Daisy had said that she would get it over to me right away. Still haven't received a refund and the order was placed in June! Sent countless messages asking for it. Didn't want to do this but feel that someone should be aware to not buy! I was told they were on holiday till the 8th August! Asked again for a refund, no answer a week later!

Can’t leave reviews on their Social Media. Speaks volumes!!!!

Don’t waste your money.

Waited a month for a stationary bundle, and still waiting on business cards. Order was placed in JUNE!!!!
I had to constantly get in touch to find out what was happening with the order.
It was only when I saw my stationary being flouted on their FB page, I knew it had been done.
Long story short- it arrived. And to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The stationary is clearly done on an inkjet printer. And then guillotined. Quality of the photos, logo, text was shocking. Grammar incorrect, and I did ask them to fix this after seeing the mockups.
I’m all for supporting small businesses and females in business, but Daisy Doodles really needs to perfect their craft and STOP with the relentless social media advertising. Clearly inundated with sucking in small businesses with their cheaper than cheap advertising campaign.
Safe to say I won’t be using any of it for promotional content. I wouldn’t embarrass myself by handing this out.
Oh and if you’re reading this Daisy Doodles, you can keep the business cards.

Worst customer service. My order has not arrived and they have blocked me on social media( it's the only contact I have with them via my business page) They have switched of their review section which I only came to notice when things started going wrong i.e they printed my flyers and busniess cards sent it over without colour checking it. I asked for it to be redone, they apologised and said they'll do it over. It's been over a week since and still nothing has arrived although they promised it'll be here last weekend. I contact them that they have not doubled checked with me re the colours before sending the amended product, they quickly send me a picture of it, only to find that my logo colours are still not correct. They now have gone and blocked me before my order has even arrived! Who does that? I am now notifying my bank to get my money back. Total scam. Initial order placed June 25th
