I purchased the otherworldy bundle and a few other bits for my e-reader I got earlier this year and I am obsessed with how fast it arrived (although I was very impatient)
The quality of everything is amazing and the loved the email updates! It made the whole process feel special! Can’t wait for some restocks to get the last few things I want!

From placing the order to it arriving took 8 days from Australia to the UK. That's quicker than some of my UK orders have been! I am delighted with my clingie and dust plugs. They are stunning and fantastic quality. I think they are excellent value for money too. Everything about this company is beautiful. Even the order update emails are so beautifully written, they brightened my day. I would recommend the QCC to any reader and I will be buying from them again.

Recommend this company 10 out of 5! The illustrations are exceptional. Everything is so deeply thought out and made with love. Only the highest quality materials are used. The products take you to another world and ignite your imagination. The packaging even is beautiful. When it arrives it’s all individually wrapped and pretty as well as protected. In my house because of quirky cup. The book sleeve is so beautiful to touch and just feels even too posh for my book! My inner child has been beaming from ear to ear and you will feel your self love tank fill as you allow some quirky cup products into your life. Will be buying again. I received my clingie yesterday, I have it on my phone. It is perfect for my hands and comfortable to use. It has a strong grip on my android case with built-in magnet. Very pretty. I would recommend this product and company to everyone.

I made a purchase in the beginning of February as a Valentines gift for my partner. I used express delivery in the hope that it would arrive before Valentines day. Unfortunately due to the company being very busy and not treating my order as an express order which means I have to pay extra for fast shipping It was send out too late. As a result I have yet to receive my order even though the express delivery says within 15 days (it has now been 20 days). I kindly wrote them asking them if a reimbursement of the extra costs for express delivery was possible and they blocked my email and treated it as a spam mail. A simple no would've sufficed but being blocked for a simple question is just not done when I've done nothing wrong but asked them something in a polite and kind manner

I recently made my first purchase from Quirky Cup Collective and I’m so glad I did! I purchased the Luna Moth kindle decor bundle and the quality is FANTASTIC. Even the gilded paper on the insert is so shiny and beautiful- I love it and would not hesitate to purchase again. Will definitely be keeping an eye on the release of the other Luna moth accessories! Also I’m in the UK and postage was super reasonable and also relatively quick! Pleasantly surprised on all fronts.

OMG I got my delivery of a reading journal, e reader sleeve and book sleeve today. Cost me a fortune but oh my was it worth it. They are beautiful. Even better than in the pictures. Only problem is I now want them in a different colour. Absolutely great delivery considering they came from Australia to the UK. Will def be purchasing more from them 😍❤️

The products are amazing!! However the customer service was awful :( spent a bit of money to get a free beautiful crafted bookmark that they were advertising for spending $150. I emailed them with my order number saying it wasn’t in my cart after I paid, i was told I hadn’t spent enough because it was 150 minus shipping, replied to them telling them I actually spent 162 (they didn’t even bother to look at the order) then they replied with maybe you deleted it from your cart, and I was like nah it was in there but when I swapped things around and paid it was no longer in my cart. After going back and forth over an almost 2 week period they finally shipped my order and told me next time I order something they’ll put it in? I was like girl I’ve ordered everything I need from here, I was still polite and said hey I’m just a lil disappointed I love this business but it wasn’t my error and I spent that much to get that beautiful book mark, this time of year is expensive and I just wanted something nice for myself along with the other gifts I had brought from here for my family. they replied and said well the offer still stands let us know and we can pack it in your next one. Like girl I know your cheap ass could have send one small bookmark to me, mind you their buisness is actually booming I’ve found out which makes it worse so Thankyou for nothing quirky cup collective!! Imagine going back and forth for weeks with me instead of just putting it in the order Jesus Christ it’s giving stingy and I was so polite for what

Rare that anything is worth the international shipping and mileage from Australia to England but this is phenomenal!

Produkt ist ohne Frage schön. Dafür gäbe es absolut verdiente 5 Sterne. Allerdings finde ich die Kommunikation über Zollgebühren fragwürdig. Wieso kleingedruckt im Impressum notieren aber nicht bei den Versandkosten beim Checkout? Dass da nochmal was aufgeschlagen werden kann? Insgesamt die Hälfte des Warenwerts nochmal draufgezahlt. Rücksendungen werden auch extrem schwer gemacht. Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn ein internationaler Versand nötig ist.

I have purchased repeatedly from the Quirky Cup Collective. Everytime my order is processed promptly, with email updates if there are any unexpected delays. The products are always packaged beautifully adding to the analogue aesthetic expereince. Everything is well made, with beautiful unique designs. I have the Kindle stickers on my Kindles and I use them on top of my Kindle cover so they are exposed to my daily use, and are still perfect, there is not even any rubbing off of the foil, after many months of use, which is amazing. The decorative tape is gorgeous and good quality. The tape peels off the roll easily and sticks to surfaces well. The designs are beautiful. I have journals from Quirky Cup which are well made, with a nice heft weighted paper that withstands all manner of medium. The foiled paper edges and the deisgns (like vintage books) on the covers add to the aesthetics. The pens are amazing, a really good weight for writing, and they have refills in their store, which mean I can use my favourite pens over and over again and just refill them. The bookmarks are made from thick card stock, and feature tassels, they are beautiful and funcitonal and hard wearing. I also have a book pouch and a kindle pouch from them velvety with embroidery and tassels, keeping my devices and books safe from dust and knocks in an aesthetically pleasing way.

The products, their quality, and the customer service are absolutely unmatched. Good quality journals but one of the few subscribed emails I actually enjoy getting. Not always about products but also fun/inspiring posts. It’s a reminder this is a small shop with actual people behind the screen who love what they do ❤️
