I have been on many Daish holidays and NEVER found any fault with the hotels, rooms, food or staff including the coach drivers.The only fault is the odd entertainment acts but in general are very good

We came on the 21 for a group holiday, fantastic time.
Great staff,fabulous food,Adam very good waiter looked after us all week.
Great management
Entertainment fab.
All the staff,kind polite cannot do enough for you.

1. Harlow Essex to Eastbourne
Coach driver - Exemplary conduct, on time, left our cases in his safe hands, best coach driver I've sat behind, safety first. Return trip exactly the same treatment.
2. Imperial Hotel reception quick and efficient, enjoyable experience. Room clean but small, all the facilities available, small bed 4.6ft, enough storage. One disappointment was the electric tripping out 9 times by late afternoon sorted. The stay was good, the staff, brilliant all of them, dining was a good experience, food plentiful tasty, the bar fantastic value as was the lounge. The dining staff worked like Trojans they should be praised. I will be returning. Well done you.

back from Isle of Wight Daish's Holiday the Hotel was excellent room very clean.food good choice good selection staff all very friendly and helpful woild have liked to have stayed longer than five days from start of holiday to finish it was excellent definitely recommend and will go back later in yesr

Just come back from the imperial in Eastbourne.had a great time.staff great shout out to Monika waitress.and bar staff. Good food and plenty of it.

I went to Torquay for the Christmas break having been there many times before I was greatly disappointed with the service. I am Gluten Free at first thought was all O K but was given butter and marmalade but no toast the toast I was given under my egg for breakfast was brown bread given no choice. I asked for a Prawn salad which had three prawns on it {small ones} for starter on xmas day had bread on it not good for G F i asked for a G F one and was told there wasn't one I was given ice cream with a wafer in it, the G F rolls were brilliant but they ran out on the second day so was given brown bread which i don't like again given no choice, Food wise a absolute Disaster such a shame having many good times in this Hotel We did have Three different waiters which didn't help Table 55

Avoid , completely cxxp company , rubbish food , rubbish staff and always rubbish hotel every time you go it's either dirty or always scruffy hotels that need renovating.

We would recommend Sandringham hotel, food great, entertainment brilliant, staff are friendly

Esplanade Hotel Scarborough .Very nice Hotel ,wonderful sea view from bed room, spacious well furnished room, plenty of clean storage 3 comfortable chairs, coffee tea replaced every day. Good and varied meals with tea and coffee included excellent quick service in restaurant especially waitress Jenny. Entertainment good , plenty of comfortable lounges if you wanted to do your own thing.In fact excellent value for money would recommend. Recently had a "Warners" break which I would not recommend.

Hi hello we went to this hotel on the 5th of October that was not a very good experience for me as I am really Mobility problems the money address says as soon as I got there that it wasn't a suitable hotel for me we're trying so spoiled my holiday straight the way most of the guests try to help me out but the people who run the hotel never help me my wife fell over I just thinking hello I am back as I can't really spell anything I am doing this on my own free will but I will never go back to this hotel as it's got too many steps while I was there I ordered a Mobility Scooter which I have to phone for an order myself which was really a big rip off it cost me £70 for 3 days anyway thank you for listening to me I will say I'll never go again to this hotel goodbye Mr J Chamberlain I would like to say I am a Punisher of 82 years of age and my wife is 78 years of age

Apalling room with damp. Broken windows. Broken furniture. No hot water

Food awful. Gluten free non existent or contaminated with gluten food

Tea and coffee always cold

Entertainment dire

Whole place filthy and run down. Carpets ripped and dangerous

Don’t waste your money this trip cost us £900!!!!

Location no good if you have any health or mobility issues

We Just had 5 days at the Esplanade hotel, Scarborough, sea view,Great Hotel, friendly staff,Good Gluten Free food for me, no problem, great entertainment,well recommended,lift right down into the dining room !

Right from the start everything was a fiasco. Weymouth to Newquay had a change at Exeter ,had to wait 1 1/2 hours for changeover coach. Bedroom very tired with a shower that just had water just trickling out. I block of wood provided to keep the window open.Food was pretty rubbish. Ran out of chicken dinner on the first night,alternative not acceptable.Soup was ok but you needed a knife and fork to eat it and a welders mask on your tongue to protect your mouth (who can’t cook soup).Roast dinners were ideal for a vegetarian as there was very little meat. No eggs on the last morning. Brochure offered trips to several places, 1 trip to St.Ives the rest non existent.

Was tailgated and repeatedly flashed by one of their coaches down the A23 in the most horrendous weather conditions. Shocking and dangerous driving by a so-called professional driver. Can only hope passengers weren’t on board.

Me and my partner went to Bournemouth sands with daish on the 24 August first time with daish the staff at the hotel were excellent as was the bar staff the food was good especially breakfast.there is bus stop outside were you can catch a bus to many lovely places christ church being our favourite.The only reason I've not given it a five star is the bedroom was very tired but it didn't spoil it for us . have been with many different bus companies but enjoyed this one best

My husband and I have just been to Torquay and stayed at the Devonshire hotel. The staff were very friendly and the food was good. Three courses for dinner , variety of breakfasts including full English or kippers. Poached eggs / eggs as you like them. (Nothing was too much trouble )The room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room were good , coffee and tea provided. Plenty of towels to take a shower or bath! Two sinks, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom, which we found very useful when getting up for breakfast. The evening entertainment was good , get up and dance or sit and enjoy others having a good time. A bit of bingo for the residents who wanted to take part, a TV a room with comfortable seating and games to play. A bar area where you can sit and socialise with your friends and family or with other guests. There is also a garden area where you can sit and chillax.

We would particularly like to thank our waitress for her prompt service and kind manner (Ulia) she was such a pleasant young lady.

The hotel is based on a high hill which helps with the beautiful views - there is a bus from the carpark into town where you can catch other busses to various places. There is also a bus from the carpark to take you into Cockington (beautiful place). Just around the corner from the hotel is a beautiful park where you can sit and admire the view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - definitely be visiting again for 50.00 a person , per day, including bed breakfast and evening meal, night entertainment and a heated outdoor swimming pool - what could be better.

Excellent stay at the Devenshire hotel food very good accommodation very spacious staff very help would stay here again
