We were lucky enough to have helped by Alex from the Tingalpa store when we were looking for a rug. Alex has been one of the most helpful sales people I have ever met . He went out of his way to listen to us and then find us the rug we wanted. He then kindly arranged for the rug to be brought into the store for us to be sure about it. It's a beautiful rug, but really the service was what clinched the deal for us ! Well done Alex, you are awesome ! Cyrus is very lucky to have you working for him!

Visited the Rockhampton Store. It was obvious that Mark who was the sales person had an amazing knowledge of what stock was in the shop. He listened carefully to our requirements and knew exactly where to find very close large rugs to suit and gave us a good choice, even to knowing he had smaller rugs to match elsewhere in the store and how many of them he had. He then gave good advice on how to protect the mats from staining and on the cleaning up of any spills. His knowledge of the stock was second to none. Have been buying from the Rocky Cyrus Rugs shop for many years, always good quality and long-wearing. Very happy with his service - he didn't float off to somewhere else, he made sure he could help us.

She is a wonderful store administrator for your Tingalpa outlet. We shall definitely come back whenever we need another rug.

I have purchase a rug on 1st May 2026 from The Tweed Heads Store. It was a little too big for my room but I was advised that it could be cut down to fit my measurement. I thought this was a great idea as I loved the rug. I paid for my rug and I also paid $80 for delivery> I was told that it would take about 2weeks to be completed. After about 3 weeks I received a Text that said it would be delivered the next day. waited in all day and when nothing had arrived by 430pm I called the number from the text. The reply I received was that they would contact the driver and call me back. No call was forthcoming I just received a txt that the txt had been sent in error. I travelled back to the shop to find out what happened as none would speak to me. Julie at Tweed was suprised that I had not been contacted and said that the rug had been sent back to the overlocker as the job was not good enough. To date I have not heard. I visited Julie again 2 weeks ago and again she was surprised that no one had been in contact with me. Julie called me on Friday 19th June and I said again no contact from anyone. I am beyond unhappy and am just at the point I want my money refunded. Very poor Customer Service (except Julie) from the people that are supposed to keep me advised and very poor service when it take over 7 weeks to complete a simple job.

We have ordered another rug from Cyrus in Ballina . (Brian? always goes above and beyond to help and explain the manufacturing differences in each style of rug) We are looking forward to collecting it for our new home 🏡

My partner and I went into the store at Hervey Bay and was served by Kailah, well Kailah's customer service was great, so polite nothing was too much trouble to get rugs down to meet our needs.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Cyrus Rugs.

I purchased a rug in-store for approximately $3,000 and later returned it to exchange for a different rug valued at $1,200. While the exchange itself was processed, the remaining balance of around $1,800 was issued as store credit only.

I requested a refund of the difference, given the significant amount and the fact that the original item had been returned and replaced with a lower-value purchase. Unfortunately, this was declined, and I was advised that store policy does not allow refunds for in-store purchases.

While I understand policies exist, I feel there should be some flexibility or goodwill consideration in situations involving large amounts. Holding such a substantial balance as store credit is not practical for me as a customer.

They have NOT responded to my emails so obviously DO NOT CARE that I am out of pocket my so much money.

I would recommend that anyone purchasing a rug to go elsewhere, where refunds are given and customers are valued. $1,800 is a lot of money not to get back.

We have bought two rugs from the Darrin at the Hervey Bay store. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we appreciated his knowledge and advice. I would recommend him and his store to anyone.

I recently purchased a rug from Cyrus Rugs in Tweed Heads, i had a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special mention goes to Kate, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for.

Purchased a rug from Mt Gravatt store. Very disappointed. Curled up at each end of rug as no binding to keep it down. Also come undone on one side. Looks terrible. Cannot use after only a few months use.

Great service from Kiri who was able to help me narrow down what I was looking for. Our new rug looks great and it is comfy for our dog who has leg and hip issues and doesn't like lying on hard floors anymore.

Mark was fantastic and knew how to get me the perfect rug for my house. Excellent customer service.

Went into Rockhampton store after seeing some potential rugs I liked on the website. The man in this store was very helpful and showed me lots of different options based on what I was looking at. Also kept all the options he showed me within the price range I was after.
When I was stuck on which way to go, he got my final picks out on the floor so I could compare them properly.
Now I’ve gotten the rug home and in my lounge room I’m extremely happy and even though it was not one I was originally looking at, it is perfect for the room and I couldn’t be happier.
