I ordered my Cyclotricity Stealth E bike 1000W 29er after hounding Elaine via email from customer support for more information about it. She was very patient and helped me make my decision over a few days. The order was place on the 10th July and the bike arrived on the 16th July. The 2 man courier used were very helpful and put the very large package where I wanted. The bike was very well protected for the transportation in 2 tough carboard boxes. The bike is well put together and as advised put the battery on charge for 12 hours before testing the bike. I did have a small problem with the hydraulic front brake sensor but once again Elaine and team sorted it out quickly and I’m up and running again after a small adjustment. Whilst riding the bike I can’t get over how quiet the motor is under power. It’s the first time I’ve had hydraulic brakes on a bike and they do stop you quickly. Overall this is an excellent bike and it does feel that it will last for a good few years – well done Cyclotricity.

Good bikes, but after sales service from them is terrible! I brought a second battery from them and.it stopped working after 5 months, it was under a 12 month warranty but they.wint repair or replace it. Nightmare of a company who are just based in a back street unit in Scotland. Beware when buying spares etc from them. Also be aware of the reviews as some keep getting added with ..... after they tell you of the experience. I think someone inside cyclotricity is writing fake reviews. The company is a complete shambles of a set up.

Great communication and help whilst trying to source a replacement battery for my bike. I had to request a refund as the battery I ordered was not compatible and this was handled efficiently and without question. Thanks Cyclotricity 🙏🏼

Bought the stealth 1000, very good quality E bike, really nice to ride & looks good. Very reasonable price.. Was told delivery would be 5 to 10 days, delivered in 7 days by DX courier who were excellent. E mailed queries leading up to delivery and had helpful responses from Elaine. I would recommend this company as I am very pleased with my purchase and experience

I have installed a kit on our tandem and it does a wonderful job of pushing us uphill (we pedal as well, It is not realistic to expect a kit to push the entire double bike up steep hills without some pedal power).

Previously one of the local bike shops had been very negative about front wheel kits and said they were always very disappointing. Our experience is quite to the contrary. A front wheel kit is an excellent choice for a tandem because the real wheel of a tandem is already somewhat overstrained. Putting some power in at the front end makes total sense.

Apart from the charger the kit arrived promptly (the charger arrived shortly after). Instructions for fitting the 250W front wheel kit were consise and easy to follow. All fitted in one afternoon with only 2 extra washers required to clear the forks. Now whizzing around the country lanes with hills no a problem. Would thoroughly recommend both the kit and the company.

Top notch kit at fair prices (1000w conversion kit), lasted over a year so far with no signs of wear

I have ordered the stealth e bike 1000 w Motor , the process was straightforward and easy , rami and Elaine at Cyclotricity were very helpful with adding the upgrades I required for the battery and brakes to be added to my purchase , delivery was fast and Communication was consistent from dispatch to delivery, I’m very happy with my Purchase-and will definitely be using them in the future

Proud owner of the Cyclotricity 1000w stealth e-bike. I have owned this bike for 4 years now and I’ve had no problems. The build quality and ride comfort is excellent for the price and this bike is a whole lot of fun to ride! Even after all these years it still puts a smile on my face and i throughly look forward to my daily bike rides, something I’ve never experienced with manual bikes. Just to confirm I am 6ft 2inch and fit on this bike perfectly after raising the seat :-)

The customer service is excellent with very friendly staff and who are prompt to respond to any questions. I can confirm all the specs on this bikes information page is accurate including dimensions, parts, battery range etc.

Overall I highly recommend considering purchasing one of Cyclotricitys e-bikes! After many hours researching all the other e-bikes on the market I still think these guys are hard to beat!

I had a question to ask about spare parts. It was dealt with very professionally and a pleasure to find someone who was very friendly. I would recommend cyclotricity very highly.

I think they may have gone out of business, they do not respond to email, chased 3 times or phone, called 10+ times. I would avoid, not a good business

A really awful, stressful experience.
We are awaiting refunds for our kits: emails are just not being answered, and telephone calls result in empty promises.
We ordered our front wheel kits at the end of April, expecting them to arrive before the bank holiday, and before our cycling holiday in mid-May....after much chasing, the kits partially arrived and were eventually completed when I pointed out that the cartons in the photoproof of delivery were not large enough to contain wheels!
On returning from the holiday, I discovered the kits to be incompatible with our brake systems, one hydraulic and one combined brakes/gear assembly. So to the returns process:
No appropriate proformas for non-warranty returns; difficult discussions progressing to no response and, when you can reach someone, false promises. It is three weeks since I returned the two kits, one of which had clearly been returned from a previous customer, and I am being 'blanked', and have yet to have my money refunded.

Very helpful when I contacted them for some technical help - on an issue which it turned out had nothing to do with them!

The WORST customer service I have experienced. A disconnected phone number on emails, a number in Cardiff on their website that is never answered, an address in Fife, and I’ve had a call from a phone identified as a mobile valeting company offering me a damaged bike at a reduced price. Nothing arrived. No tracking. And then silence. I ordered a bike over three weeks ago and they won’t even answer my question as to whether it has shipped. They are clearly out of their depth running a company and I’m taking steps to recover my money through my bank because they won’t even answer my request for a refund. Stunningly bad.

Item arrived within timescale advised but communication very vague and no update on website to check order progress.

I have had a mid-drive conversion kit with rear-mounted battery from Cyclotricity since 2021; the pedal assist is great for my ageing knees. The unit needed replacing once under guarantee and they did lose the returned item at their end for a couple of weeks, which was stressful, but customer service were prompt and courteous in answering queries and it was sorted in the end.

About a month ago the whole thing just stopped working - very frustrating. However, Elaine was helpful in suggesting things to try after we had gone through the 'official' troubleshooting process. Interestingly, however, the culprit, a loose connection, turned out to be inside the battery case (not inside the battery unit) and I was very grateful for my extremely savvy husband for sorting this out - I'm not sure the suggestions from Cyclotricity would have got me this far on my own. He actually had to replace the dodgy connections and I have to say it is now like new again. My suspicion is that it's been subpar since the repair under guarantee. Fingers crossed!

Prompt delivery have tried the Stealth and am more than pleased with it and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone

Prompt delivery and response on a missing charger. Good packaging, everything working fine, just needed a bit of fettling here and there to get it all fitted eg needed to use a penny washer suitably opened up to go over oval shaped rear axle as an extra spacer as top cog so close to frame that chain would not clear.
