I phoned the company to get an accurate description of the condition of a particular second hand bike, this was freely and honestly given. The bike arrived two days later, exactly as described. Very good service, would recommend and certainly deal with them again.

Great company, fast delivery good prices I have and will use these guys again.

I placed an order with UK cycles on the 4th of September for the e-thirteen trs+ chain guide. After almost 5 days my item had still not been processed. I contacted them and received an email from their manager saying that due to moving warehouse there had been a delay processing my order. It would have been nice to have been told that earlier, however I accepted that, I was also told that my item would be processed and shipped for overnight delivery the following Monday.
By the Tuesday evening there was still no change, again I made contact with them and spoke to 'Liam' I think his name was, who told me that in fact the item I had ordered was now out of stock!!! Announced but again I accepted this, and was told I'd be given some mountain bike socks as an apology and that my item would be with me by the end of the week. My item still hadn't arrived by the Friday (15th) so again I got in touch and spoke to a woman called Amy who told me it would arrive by Monday.

My item finally arrived on Monday the 18th. But it was the wrong item.. oh and my socks weren't even included. I'm not fussed about those, but I am annoyed about the amount of time this has taken and the complete miscommunication only to receive the wrong item!

I had one or two minor issues with the purchase but the customer service was first class & more than compensated for these.
Firstly as the bike was used I asked for & was sent some hi-res images so I could see any damage before buying which was great.
The bike was listed as 16" frame but when delivered was actually 18". This could have been a problem but cube sizes are a bit weird & actually a 16" would probably have been too small.
The bike also had a flat rear tyre. It runs tubeless & after trying unsuccessfully to reinflate I contacted the seller who sent me a free tube of sealant which sorted the issue.
All in all if your after a top spec bike at a fraction of the cost of a new model & your happy to buy used or ex demo/showroom I'd definitely recommend UK Cycle centre.

I received my bike with many broken and not compatible parts! Some of the broken parts may be dangerous while riding and cost injury ! I was told from your team few times that all the bicycles are having SERVICE CHECK before delivery!!!

The bicycle I received was NOT checked!
After the first 2 hours of using the bike, the rear brake stopped working.
Front and Rear gears were not Adjusted and later when I decided to fix my bike in a local cycle workshop because I didn't wanted to waste another week without my transport for that you didn't do your job , But when my bike was fixed I was told that the REAR DERAILLEUR and the SHIFTER are not compatible and I will never have 100% working gears!
Also "THE BOTTOM BRACKET" was not service checked! This is extremely important part of the bike!!! What if something happened and I somehow trusted you and went somewhere for a long ride, can you imagine with all this broken parts that I'm literally risking my life?!

I know that I'm buying a second hand bike , but I expected at least to be safe and fully working. But still the bike will cost me 400£ and I didn't expected this condition at all!
I am absolutely disappointed and still I want to be polite and return the bike to you with the hope that this time you will do your job properly.
With all the troubles I've been trough I'm expecting your team to look serious on my situation!
