Cyberlab provided very useful feedback after our clients first attempt at this years Cyber Essentials certification. We thought they would pass first time because we've helped them for the last five years but Cyberlab pointed out some issues which needed resolving.

The cyber lab assessment was a highly professional and informative experience. The team behind it demonstrated exceptional expertise and support throughout the process.

Really disappointed of the services from cyberlab, had to wait 3 weeks they to purchase a license from Sophos! After numerous of emails and direct conversation over the phone With Charlie, where I clearly explained I need only Sophos endpoint protection license to continue using Sophos protection after my trials with Sophos. They couldn’t provide what I asked, on top of that they caused my company dedicated server to get frozen after rebooting when I’ve been asked from their support team to uninstall my Sophos agent. While wasn’t their direct mistake my server to get frozen after rebooting. Indirectly they caused my company email services to be not responding for over 24 hours. I will never use their services again.

In my world I expected to be onboarded in less than a hour after I signed the contract! In their word it took them 3 weeks they to send me a email with onboarding instructions…
