I recently commissioned Matt from Bay Tech to provide a laptop and Microsoft licence, setup all software and transfer all data for a local parish council where I am clerk. The old laptop was still on Windows 10 and running very slowly so this was quite a worry. Matt set up the new laptop remotely, including our payroll software, and was extremely helpful on the phone and not too technical when explaining what was needed. I would highly recommend Bay Tech who definitely offer a 5-star service.

This is the second time ( the last was 5 years ago) that I need to sing the praises of Bay- Tec.
I had what looked to me like an insoluble problem with signing on to Google and getting into my new Chromebook. Plus also transferring my data from my old Chromebook to the new. ( which the shop I bought it from couldn't manage because they couldn't overcome the signing -in problem. Their "answer" was to create another Google account for me!)
That didn't work. A complete nightmare.
Matt took up the challenge the next day and sorted it out for me.
I was so stressed so it has been a great relief to me for it to be fixed so well and so promptly.

Matthew came to sort out problems with my laptop about receiving emails. He sorted it out and was patient and helpful. Very easy to talk to and informative. I would be very happy to contact him in the future if I had any other issues.

My venerable laptop is still going strong and I am convinced as each year passes that its reliable performance is the result of the annual servicing by Bay Tech. Matt gets rid of the sort of clutter that eventually degrades computer performance and performs various tweaks. I am really glad I entrusted the care of my laptop to him and even though I have moved away from Lancaster, he does the servicing remotely so that is not an obstacle. Actually, the remote work is even more convenient.

Matt, as ever, has provided excellent advice and support for our IT needs. He sourced new machines for us, had the required software installed, data transferred from our old machines and arranged for the new kit to be delivered, very promptly, to several locations in the country. He also makes sure you are happy with new kit and I know from experience, he is always happy to provide help if there is a snag.

Matt is extremely efficient and professional guy. He helped me solve an issue with my laptop in quick time as I needed to return back to Spain. I can’t thank him enough.
