Quick and fast service. My bottle Came nicely packaged with no damage.

Service is good except for shipping which is just OK. Delivery took longer than the advertised amount, and I did not receive any advance notice of the last delivery.

I was satisfied with ease of placing my order but it said 2 days for delivery and it took from July 27th till August 3rd 8 full days for delivery not 2 that's why I only gave 3 stars

Absolutely love this online store. Very good selection of whiskeys at competitive prices. Unfortunately I've had issues with FedEx on both my orders so far, but the customer service at Country Wine & Spirits promptly helped out.

Very good customer service not to mention honest! I triple ordered in error while ordering online and they caught it prior to shipping, called me to verify and corrected everything not to mention shipping the original order as promised. What I really liked about their site was the information on each item. I was ordering a gift shipment for liquor I generally do not consume and had limited knowledge. The website made it easy and when all said and done, the shipment arrived at it's destination ahead of schedule and our friends totally enjoyed the liquors selected. Well done, CHEERS!
